(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារ "ឆ" និងឧកញ៉ា គួច ផេង សហប្រធានក្រុមការងារ "ឆ" ជាតំណាងរបស់វិស័យឯកជន បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារផ្នែកផលិតកម្មកែច្នៃសម្រាប់នាំចេញ និងកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម “ក្រុម ឆ” ដើម្បីពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើការដាក់ចេញវិធានការមុតស្រួច និងជាក់ស្តែងសំដៅបន្តជំរុញគាំទ្រលើកទឹកចិត្តចំពោះវិស័យឯកជន។ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ “ឆ” និងឧកញ៉ា សហប្រធានក្រុមការងារ “ឆ” បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាដើម្បីប្រមូលធាតុចូលឱ្យបានគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយលើបញ្ហាប្រឈម សំណូមពរ និងដំណោះស្រាយ។បន្ថែមលើនេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានស្នើឱ្យក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលជាតំណាងមកពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ធ្វើការបំភ្លឺចំពោះបញ្ហាប្រឈម កង្វល់ ក៏ដូចជាសំណូមពរដែលវិស័យឯកជនលើកឡើង និងរៀបចំដាក់ចេញនូវវិធានការ យន្តការសមស្របសម្រាប់ដោះស្រាយតាមសមត្ថកិច្ច និងភារកិច្ចរៀងៗខ្លួន សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់បរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ និងធុរកិច្ចដែលមានការប្រកួតប្រជែងស្មើភាពគ្នា តម្លាភាព ព្រមទាំងរក្សាបាននូវការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិ ដែលមានជាធរមាន។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Wednesday, 4 October 2023, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and the Chair of the "G" Working Group, together with Oknha Kouch Pheng, Co-Chair of the "G" Working Group, represented the private sector, presided over a meeting on Exportation of Processing Goods and Trade Facilitation "Group G” to discuss and exchange views on the implementation of sharp and practical measurement aimed at continuing to promote, support and encourage the private sector. During this meeting, Her Excellency, Minister of Commerce and the Chair of the "G" Working Group, and Oknha Co-Chair of the "G" Working Group, led the discussion to gather all the input on the challenges, suggestions, and solutions.

In addition, Her Excellency Minister requested other relevant ministries, which are the representatives of the Royal Government, to clarify the challenges and concerns, as well as the requests raised by the private sector, and prepare appropriate mechanisms for addressing those challenges to their respective authorities with the aim of promoting a competitive and equitable investment and business environment, as well as maintaining the implementation of applicable laws and regulations.
