(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីស្តីការនៃអាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ ដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម ឈរ ស៊ុនហុង និងលោកជំទាវ តាន់ ទេពីកណ្ណិកា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជួបប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ូ សុជាតិ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជា អគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព លើកិច្ចការសម្របសម្រួល និងលំហូរនិតិវិធីនៃការចុះបញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនមូលប័ត្រនៅកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សាជារួមគឺ ផ្តោតលើកម្មវត្ថុបីចំណុចរួមមាន៖ (១) ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនាមករណ៍របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនមូលបត្រ (២) កម្មវត្ថុអាជីវកម្មពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យមូលបត្រ និង(៣) ការកែប្រែតម្លៃចារឹករបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនបោះផ្សាយលក់មូលប័ត្រ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានបញ្ចប់ទៅប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ និងទទួលបានផែនការជាក់លាក់សម្រាប់ជំហានបន្ទាប់ក្នុងការឆ្ពោះទៅមុខ...(Phnom Penh): In the afternoon of 12 October 2023, at the Non-bank Financial Services Authority, with the esteem permission of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, His Excellency Buon Sarakmony, Secretary of State, His Excellency Chhor Sunhong, and Her Excellency Tan Tepikanika, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, attended a meeting with His Excellency Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia to discuss the flow of commercial registration procedures of securities companies in Cambodia.The discussion focused on three primary objectives: (1) the change of securities companies’ names; (2) the business objectives relating to securities; and (3) the change of par value in securities companies. The meeting ended with success and specific plans for the next steps going forward.
