(ខេត្តហៃណាន)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ១៩ ខែ តុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ នៅទីក្រុងហៃគូ ខេត្តហៃណាន សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួម “វេទិកាធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ីបូព៌ាឆ្នាំ២០២៣” វេទិកាធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ីបូព៌ា ដែលត្រូវបានផ្ដួចផ្ដើមឡើងដោយក្រុមប្រឹក្សាចិនសម្រាប់ការជម្រុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្ដរជាតិ (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade ឬ CCPIT) និងគាំទ្រដោយក្រសួងការបរទេស និងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន គឺជាវេទិកានៃយន្ដការកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងចំណោមសហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ចក្នុងប្រទេសអាស៊ីបូព៌ា។​ វេទិកានេះផ្ដល់នូវការអនុវត្ដកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទម្រង់នៃការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងបទពិសោធន៍ ការពិភាក្សាអំពីនិន្នាការនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់ ការសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការវិនិយោគ ការជំរុញសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងសមាគមអាជីវកម្មរបស់ប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់ ដែលរួមមានប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន ប្រទេសចិន សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ប្រទេសជប៉ុន ប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា ប្រទេសអូស្ដ្រាលី និង ប្រទេសនូវែលហ្សែឡង់។​វេទិកានេះធ្វើឡើងក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការប្រមូលផ្ដុំ និងការជម្រុញការងើបឡើងវិញនៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់” ដោយ​បានអញ្ជើញថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពីបណ្ដាអង្គការអន្ដរជាតិ ស្ថាប័នរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចំនួន ១៥ ប្រទេសសមាគមអាជីវកម្ម ស្ថានទូត និង អគ្គកុងស៊ុល​នៅប្រទេសចិន ​ប្រធានសហគ្រាសបរទេស​ ក៏ដូចជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាចិនសម្រាប់ការជម្រុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្ដរជាតិ (CCPIT) អភិបាលខេត្ដហៃណាន អ្នកជំនាញក្នុងស្រុក អ្នកប្រាជ្ញក្នុងវិស័យពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងសហគ្រិនល្បីឈ្មោះដើម្បីចូលរួមផងដែរ។​ វេទិកានេះពិភាក្សាទៅលើប្រធានបទចំនួន៣ ដែលប្រធានបទទី១ ស្ដីពី “ការកែទម្រង់ការបែងចែកខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ឧស្សាហកម្មនៃប្រព័ន្ធការងារ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មតំបន់ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអោយកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ” ប្រធានបទទី២​ ​ស្ដីពី “ការរួមគ្នាពង្រឹងនូវយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្រោយការរាតត្បាត និងការធ្វើឱ្យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់មានភាពរស់រវើកឡើងវិញ” និងប្រធានបទទី៣ ស្ដីពី “កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរវាងកំពង់ផែពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីហៃណាន និង ប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន​​”។​---(Hainan): On the morning of 19 October 2023, in Haikou, Hainan Province, People’s Republic of China, His Excellency Buon Sarakmony, Secretary of State of Ministry of Commerce, on behalf of Her Excellency Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce, attended the “East Asia Business Forum 2023” East Asia Business Forum, which is initiated by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affair and the Ministry of Commerce People’s Republic of China, is the cooperation mechanism platform for economic and trade exchanges among business community in East Asia Countries. It devotes itself to promoting practical cooperation, exchanging economic development models and experiences, discussing trends of regional economic development, facilitating trade and investment cooperation and stimulating economic integration between governments and business communities of regional countries which comprise of ASEAN countries, China, Republic of Korea, Japan, India, Australia, and New Zealand. The forum is held on the theme of “Gathering and Boosting the Full Recovery of Regional Economic” and invite leaders of international organizations, government departments of 15 countries, business associations, Embassies and Consultant General in China and heads of foreign enterprises, as well as leaders of CCPIT, Hainan Provincial People’s Government, domestic experts and scholars in related field and well-known entrepreneurs to attend. This forum focuses on three topics. The first topic is “Reshaping the industrial chain supply chain division of labor and collaboration system and deepening regional economic integration”. The second topic is “strengthening the docking of post-epidemic development strategies and revitalizing the regional economy”. Whereas, the third topic is “Financial Cooperation between Hainan Free Trade Port and ASEAN countries”.
