(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ លោកជំទាវ តឹករ៉េត កំរង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មបានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំអន្តរក្រសួង ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សាលើវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ និងត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២ នៃគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងកម្ពុជានិងហុងគ្រី (Cambodian-Hungarian Joint Committee on Economic Cooperation or JCEC) ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធសរុបប្រមាណ ៦០ រូប។ថ្លែងក្នុងសុន្ទរកថាបើក លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនអង្គប្រជុំអំពីសាវតានៃការបង្កើតគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះ ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងកម្ពុជា និងហុងគ្រី ក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងកម្ពុជា-ហុងគ្រី ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងកម្ពុជា និងហុងគ្រី បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ តាមប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូ ប្រកបដោយភាពជោគជ័យ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០-២១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ហើយភាគីទាំងពីរបានប្តេជ្ញាក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ៩ រួមមាន៖ (១)ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច (២)គម្រោងឥណទាន (Tied Aid Credit) (៣)កសិកម្ម សេដ្ឋកិច្ចចំណីអាហារ សុវត្ថិភាពចំណីអាហារ រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងជលផល (៤)ការគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក (៥)វិស័យអប់រំ យុវជននិងកីឡា (៦)វប្បធម៌ (៧)ទេសចរណ៍ (៨)ឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា​ និងនវានុវត្តន៍ និង (៩)អាកាសចរស៊ីវិល។ក្នុងដំណើរការនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ តំណាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពីបណ្ដាក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ក៏បានចែករំលែកលើវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ និង បញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពដែលបានដាក់ចេញតាមវិស័យនីមួយៗ និងបានពិភាក្សាអំពីផែនការអាទិភាពសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២ នៃគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងកម្ពុជានិងហុងគ្រី នាពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខ។ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន បន្តពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជិតស្និទ្ធក្នុងការទាញយក អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជាអតិបរមាពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងកម្ពុជានិងហុងគ្រីនេះ។គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា៖ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា-ហុងគ្រីសម្រេចបានទំហំប្រមាណ ៦,៥៨ លានដុល្លារអាម៉េរិកក្នុង រយៈពេល៩ខែ នៃឆ្នាំ២០២៣ កើនឡើង១០.២២% ធៀបនឹងរយៈពេលដូចគ្នាក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២២។ ទំនិញនាំចេញសក្តានុពលពីកម្ពុជាទៅហុងគ្រី រួមមាន៖ គ្រាប់ធញ្ញជាតិ ថ្នាំជក់ ឧបករណ៍អគ្គិសនី សម្លៀកបំពាក់ បរិធានមេកានិក ដែកថែប និងស្បែកជើងជាដើម រីឯទំនិញនាំចូលសក្តានុពលពីហុងគ្រីមកកម្ពុជាវិញ រួមមាន៖ ផលិតផលឱសថ ម៉ាស៊ីននិងបរិធានមេកានិក ប្រដាប់ប្រដារក្មេងលេង ផលិតផលធ្វើពីទឹកដោះ និងគីមីសរីរាង្គជាដើម៕

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 23 October 2023, Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State led an inter-ministerial meeting to review and discuss the progress of work and the preparation of the 2nd Cambodian-Hungarian Joint Committee on Economic Cooperation (JCEC) with the participation of about 60 representatives from relevant ministries and institutions.

In her opening remarks, Her Excellency, Secretary of State briefly stated the background of the Joint Commission Meeting on Economic Cooperation between Cambodia and Hungary under the framework of the agreement between Cambodia and Hungary on Economic Cooperation signed on 13th June 2019 aiming to underpin the economic, trade, and investment cooperation between both countries. Cambodian-Hungarian JCEC successfully organized its 1st session via videoconference on 20-21 January 2021 and both sides were committed to strengthen the cooperation on 9 main areas, including: (1)-Trade and economic (2)-Tied Aid Credit (3)-Agriculture, Food Economy, Food Safety, Forestry, and Fisheries (4)-Water Management (5)-Education, Youth and Sports (6)-Culture (7)-Tourism (8)-Science, Industry, Technology, and Innovation and (9)-Civil Aviation. During the meeting, the representatives from line-ministries and institutions also shared about the progress of work and challenges in the implementation of the existing action plan of each sector and discussed the prioritized plans for the forthcoming 2nd meeting of Cambodian-Hungarian JCEC.

Finally, Her Excellency Secretary of State thanked to all ministries and institutions and encouraged the interministerial working groups to further strengthen work effectiveness and intensive cooperation to make use of the maximum benefit from this economic cooperation between Cambodia and Hungary.

Remark: The total trade volume between Cambodia and Hungary accounted for approximately USD 6.58 million during the first nine months of 2023, which increased by 10.22% compared to the same period of time in 2022. The potential exported products from Cambodia to Hungary include Cereals, Tobacco, Electronic equipment, Clothing, Mechanical appliances, Iron and steel, and Footwear, and whilst the potential imported products from Hungary to Cambodia include Pharmaceutical products, Machinery and mechanical appliances, Toys, Dairy products, and Organic chemicals.
