(ទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ ប្រទេសស្វីស)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី២៣-២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងស្ថានបេសកកម្មអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក និងអង្គការអន្ដរជាតិពាក់ព័ន្ធសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំឧត្តមមន្ដ្រីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ថ្នាក់អនុរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី) របស់អង្គការ WTO ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីប្រទេសជាសមាជិក ១៦៤ និងប្រទេសសង្កេតការណ៍មួយចំនួន ដែលមានសមាជិកចូលរួមប្រហែល១០០០ នាក់ នៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ ប្រទេសស្វីស។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងធ្វើការពិនិត្យ និងជំរុញការអនុវត្ត ឬចរចាបញ្ហា ដែលនៅសេសសល់ពីសន្និសីទថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីលើកទី១២ ព្រមទាំងផ្ដល់ការណែនាំផ្នែកនយោបាយ សម្រាប់ត្រៀមរៀបចំរបៀបវារៈនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំសន្និសីទថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីលើកទី១៣ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅក្នុងខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីក្រុងអាប៊ុយដាប៊ី ប្រទេសអេមីរ៉ាតអារ៉ាប់រួម នាពេលខាងមុខ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា កសិកម្មនិងសន្តិសុខស្បៀង, ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍ, កំណែទម្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, ការចរចាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងស្ដីពីឧបត្ថម្ភធនលើកទី២, ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងនិរន្តរភាពបរិស្ថាន និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងគោលនយោបាយឧស្សាហកម្ម និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ផងដែរ។

(Geneva, Switzerland): On October 23-24, 2023, His Excellency Sok Sopheak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led the officials from the Ministry of Commerce and the Permanent Mission of Cambodia to the WTO and other international organisations (economy and trade) to attend the Senior Officials Meeting of the WTO with 164 member states and some observer countries with about 1,000 attendees in Geneva, Switzerland.
The purpose of this meeting is to review and promote the implementation or negotiation of the remaining issues from the 12th Ministerial Conference, as well as to provide political guidance for the preparation of the agenda of the 13th Ministerial Conference to be held in February 2023 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The meeting focused on key topics such as agriculture including food security, trade and development, dispute settlement system reform, negotiation of the second wave of the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, trade and environmental sustainability, and trade and industrial policy.
