កម្មវិធីនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមវត្តមាន ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត ការិយាល័យតំណាង សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជានៅក្រៅប្រទេស ព្រមទាំងមានវត្តមានចូលរួមពី អ្នកឧកញ៉ា លឹម ហេង អនុប្រធាន សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា។ ការបោះឆ្នោតនេះបាន ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅស្របតាមនីតិវិធីច្បាប់ជាធរមាន ហើយតាមរយៈលទ្ធផលនៃ ការបោះឆ្នោត លោក គឹម ឆាហួត ត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសជា ប្រធានការិយាល័យតំណាងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជាប្រចាំរដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក សម្រាប់អាណត្តិទី១ លើកទី១។

(California, USA): On the afternoon of Wednesday, 8 Novermber 2023, in California, United States of America, the Ministry of Commerce and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce organised an election to select the president and the members of the Representative Office of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce in California for the first mandated term.The election is presided over by His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, who is chairman of the election committee of the representative office of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce Oversea, along with participation of Ok Nha Lim Heng, Vice President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce. This election was conducted in compliance with legal procedures, and through the election result, Mr. Kim Chha Hout was elected as the President of the Representative Office of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce in California, USA, for the first mandated term.
