(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុក ប្រជា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើការកំណត់លក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិយានយន្តថ្មី ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការកត់ត្រា និងការនាំចូលទំនិញពាក់ម៉ាកផ្តាច់មុខនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អគ្គនាយករងសេវាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង ឯកឧត្តមប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ព្រមទាំង មានការចូលរួមពី ប្រធាន និងសមាជិកនៃគណៈកម្មការយានយន្តនៃសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអឺរ៉ុបនៅកម្ពុជា និងអនុប្រធានតំណាងសមាគមអ្នកលក់យានយន្តកម្ពុជា(CADA) និងសមាជិកផងដែរ។

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកឡើងថា កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងដើម្បីស្តាប់នូវសំណើរបស់វិស័យឯកជនដែលបានលើកឡើងនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារផ្នែកនីតិកម្ម ពន្ធដារ និងអភិបាលកិច្ចអង្គប្រជុំក្រុមការងារ “ឃ” រវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងវិស័យឯកជន និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានលើកឡើងផងដែរអំពីការយកចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ជុំវិញកង្វល់ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់វិស័យឯកជន ដែលជាការរួមចំណែកមិនអាចខ្វះបាននៅក្នុងការជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្ថែមថាការដាក់ចេញនូវដំណោះស្រាយដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពចាំបាច់ត្រូវមានការចូលរួមពីគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងការពិភាក្សាចំពោះបញ្ហាប្រឈមរួម និងបញ្ហាដាច់ដោយឡែក។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធបានលើកឡើងនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងវិស័យយានយន្តបច្ចុប្បន្ន ហើយតំណាងសមាគមអ្នកលក់យានយន្តកម្ពុជា(CADA)បានបកស្រាយចំពោះការនាំចូលរថយន្តប្រើប្រាស់រួចដែលមានម៉ាកស្ថិតក្រោមសិទ្ធិផ្តាច់មុខផងដែរ។ ទន្ទឹមនេះ ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធបានពិនិត្យលើសំណើនៅក្នុងការកំណត់ចំនួនគីឡូម៉ែត្រដើម្បីធ្វើការកំណត់នៅក្នុងនិយមន័យរថយន្តថ្មីសម្រាប់កិច្ចប្រជុំបន្តបន្ទាប់ទៀតផងដែរ។

នៅកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានស្នើឱ្យភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ពិនិត្យលើសំណើដែលបានពិភាក្សានៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ និងជំរុញឱ្យមានការពិភាក្សាផ្ទៃក្នុងរៀងខ្លួនៗ ដើម្បីមានជំហររួមនៅក្នុងការលើកសំណើ៕

His Excellency Ouk Prachea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, chaired a meeting on definition of new car for recordal of authorized exclusive importer of trademarked goods in the Cambodia.

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Friday, 17 November 2023, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency Ouk Prachea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, on behalf of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, chaired a meeting on definition of new car for recordal of authorized exclusive importer of trademarked goods in the Cambodia.

The meeting was attended by Her Excellency Secretary of State, Undersecretary of State, Deputy Director General for Trade Services and His Excellency Director of the Intellectual Property Department, as well as the Chairman and members of the EuroCham Automotive Committee, and vice president, members of the Cambodian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA).

In the opening remarks, His Excellency Secretary of State mentioned that this meeting was to listen to the concerns of the private sector raised in the meeting of Working Group D (GPSWG-D) on Law, Tax, and Governance of the Government-Private Sector Forum, as well as the concerns of the relevant stakeholders.

He added that the Royal Government of Cambodia pays attention to all the concerns and challenges of the private sector, which plays an indispensable role in promoting national economic growth.

On that occasion, stakeholders raised their current challenges in the automotive sector, and representatives of the Cambodian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) also commented on the import of used cars. Stakeholders also reviewed the proposal for limiting the number of kilometres to be defined in the definition of a new vehicle for subsequent meetings.

At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Secretary of State requested that all stakeholders review the proposals discussed at this meeting and encourage the respective internal discussions to have a common position in making proposals.
