(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអនុញ្ញាតជូន គណៈប្រតិភូសមាគមជប៉ុន-កម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោក Takahashi Fumiaki ប្រធានសមាគមជប៉ុន-កម្ពុជា ចូលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម ពិភាក្សាការងារ និងរាយការណ៍ពីវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់សមាគម។ ក្នុងជំនួបពិភាក្សានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនគណៈប្រតិភូសមាគមជប៉ុន-កម្ពុជា អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ពិសេសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងប្រកាសស្ដីពីការអនុវត្តសិទ្ធិរបស់គូភាគីក្នុងប្រតិបត្តិការដែលមានកិច្ចធានា កិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការគាំទ្រវិស័យឯកជន។ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ លោក Takahashi Fumiaki ក៏បានរាយការណ៍អំពីសកម្មភាពនិងគម្រោងសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួន ដែលបានរៀបចំដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលជាសមាជិកសមាគមជប៉ុន-កម្ពុជា។ ជំនួបពិភាក្សានាឱកាសនេះ ក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីការជំរុញសកម្មភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងការនាំចេញផលិតផលកម្ពុជានៅតាមខេត្តដែលមានសក្ដានុពល ការការពារកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ការលើកទឹកចិត្តនិងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ផ្សេងៗ ដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជននឹងទទួលបានស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល កម្ពុជា។   

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 21 November 2023, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, on behalf of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call from the delegations of the Japan-Cambodia Association (JCA) led by Mr. Takahashi Fumiaki, President of the JCA in a meeting to discuss and update the work progress of the Association. During the meeting, His Excellency Secretary of State briefed the delegations of the JCA on the significant progress of the Ministry of Commerce under the leadership of the Her Excellency Minister, especially the Prakas on the Implementation of the Rights of the Parties in Secured Transactions, trade facilitation, and other supports to the private sector. On this occasion, Mr. Takahashi Fumiaki also reported on some important activities and projects organized by companies that are members of the JCA. The meeting also discussed the promoting trade and export activities of Cambodian products in potential provinces, protection of intellectual properties, and incentives and benefits that private companies will receive in accordance with the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
