(ទីក្រុងឆុងឈីង ប្រទេសចិន)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី២២-២៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីក្រុងឆុងឈីង សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត​ចិន ឯកឧត្តម ពេជ ឫទ្ធី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ចូលរួមវេទិកាស្តីពី "The 2023 Sichuan-Chongqing Region of China & Mekong Countries Sub-National Cooperation Forum" ក្រោមមូលបទ (TOGETHER ON A PATH TO HAPPINESS NOURISHED BY THE SHARED RIVER) ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីបណ្តាប្រទេសនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡាងឆាង រួមមាន៖ កម្ពុជា ឡាវ មីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា ថៃ វៀតណាម និងចិន។   

វេទិកាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង ដើម្បីបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើគ្រប់វិស័យរវាងបណ្តាប្រទេសតាមដងទន្លេមេគង្គ និងប្រទេសចិន ដែលក្នុងនោះដែរក៏មានពិធីសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកច្បាប់នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡាងឆាង (Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Legal Research Center) ដែលមានទីតាំងក្នុងបរិវេណនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Southwest University of Political Science and Law។

ថ្លែងក្នុងវេទិកានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានរំលេចអំពី ឱកាសនៃការជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់ ដែលបានពីការបំពេញអោយគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងការទាញនូវអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ពីការតភ្ជាប់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរួមគ្នា ការពង្រឹងខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃតំបន់ដែលទាមទារឱ្យមានការប្រកួតប្រជែងកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងតាមរយៈការកាត់បន្ថយរបាំងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើការចែករំលែកជំនាញ បទពិសោធន៍ ពិសេសលើបច្ចេកវិទ្យាដើម្បីចូលរួមសម្រេចបាននូវការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានរំលេចពីកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការកសាងហេដ្ឋរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធតភ្ជាប់ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព្រមទាំងគោលនយោបាយជាតិដែលគាំទ្រដល់ការតភ្ជាប់ឌីជីថលជារួម និងដោយឡែកពីកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មលើការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងលើនូវកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់បរិស្ថានធុរកិច្ចល្អ ព្រមទាំងការខិតខំជំរុញភាពធន់នៃខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់តំបន់ និងពិភពលោក តាមរយៈកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌអាស៊ាន និងដៃគូអាស៊ាន ក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីទ្វេភាគីដែលកម្ពុជាមាន ជាពិសេស កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីកម្ពុជា-ចិន។

(Chongqing, China): On 22–24 November 2023, in Chongqing, China, His Excellency PICH Rithi, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, led delegations from the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the "2023 Sichuan-Chongqing Region of China and Mekong Countries Sub-National Cooperation Forum," with the theme "Together on a Path to Happiness Nourished by the Shared River." The Forum was organized by the Chongqing Municipal Government with the participations of the Mekong-Langcang countries such as Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Viet Nam, and China.

This important Cooperation Forum aimed at further strengthening cooperation between the countries along the Mekong River and China, including the inauguration of the Mekong-Langcang Cooperation Legal Research Centre located at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law.

In his remarks, His Excellency Secretary of State emphasized the opportunities for boosting regional economic growth arising from closed cooperation, complementarity, and connectivity for further strengthening regional value chains, reducing barriers to trade, and sharing best practices, know-hows, technologies, and expertise to achieve higher regional and global supply chains.

On that occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State also highlighted the achievements of the Royal Government of Cambodia in building infrastructure connectivity and adopting several national strategies to support physical and digital connectivity, as well as the efforts and achievements made by the Ministry of Commerce in promoting the resilience of regional and global supply chains through free trade agreements under internal ASEAN, ASEAN dialogue partners, and bilateral platforms, especially the Cambodia-China Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA).
