(ទីក្រុងវៀងច័ន្ទន៍, ប្រទេសឡាវ)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី៤-៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីក្រុងវៀងច័ន្ទន៍ សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យឡាវ ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន សុវិជាតិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការតំបន់ត្រីកោណអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ CLV-DTA (Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle Area) បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ចូលរួមសន្និសីទកំពូលសភា CLV លើកទី១ (The 1st CLV Parliamentary Summit) ក្រោមប្រធានបទ "Strengthening Parliamentary Cooperation in Promoting the Connectivity of the CLV Economies Towards the Goal of Sustainable and Inclusive Development" ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីបណ្តាប្រទេសនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ CLV-DTA រួមមាន៖ កម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំងបណ្តាដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដូចជា World Bank, UNDP, ADB, JICA, KOICA, និង IPU ផងដែរ។   

ថ្លែងក្នុងសន្និសីទកំពូលនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកឡើងអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រទេសទាំងបី លើវិស័យ៖ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច​ ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ ទេសចរណ៍ កសិកម្ម ឧស្សាហកម្ម បរិស្ថាន អប់រំ សុខាភិបាល សង្គមកិច្ច និងការតភ្ជាប់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ប្រជាជននិងប្រជាជន រួមទាំងយន្តការដែលត្រូវបន្តរួមគ្នាអនុវត្ត រួមមាន៖ (១)​ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងស្តីពីការជំរុញនិងសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ CLV-DTA,​ (២) ផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យទេសចរណ៍តំបន់ CLV-DTA ឆ្នាំ២០២០-២០២៥ និងទស្សនវិស័យឆ្ពោះទៅឆ្នាំ២០៣០, (៣) ផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឧស្សាហកម្មកៅស៊ូ CLV-DTA, (៤) ការកែសម្រួលផែនការមេសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សង្គមកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់ CLV-DTA រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ២០៣០, (៥) ផែនការ និងគម្រោងជាក់លាក់ដើម្បីអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពសម្រាប់ការតភ្ជាប់សេដ្ឋកិច្ច CLV រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ២០៣០, និង (៦) ការការពារនិងថែរក្សាធនធានធម្មជាតិ ដើម្បីចូលរួមសម្រេចបាននូវវត្ថុបំណងនៃការជំរុញការតភ្ជាប់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រទេសទាំងបីឆ្ពោះទៅរកគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ន។

(Vientiane, Lao PDR): On 4-7 December 2023, in Vientiane, Lao PDR, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and Chairwoman of the Economic Committee of CLV-DTA (Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle Area), led delegations from the Ministry of Commerce to attend the 1st CLV Parliamentary Summit with the theme "Strengthening Parliamentary Cooperation in Promoting the Connectivity of the CLV Economies Towards the Goal of Sustainable and Inclusive Development." The summit was hosted by the Laos Parliament with the participation of CLV-DTA countries including Cambodia, Laos, and Viet Nam, as well as developing partners such as the World Bank, UNDP, ADB, JICA, KOICA, and IPU.

In his remarks, His Excellency Secretary of State emphasised the progress of cooperation between the three countries in the fields of economy, trade, investment, tourism, agriculture, industry, environment, education, health, social affairs, and people-to-people and infrastructure connectivity, as well as mechanisms to be continued with joint implementation, including (1) the Agreement on Trade Promotion and Facilitation for the CLV-DTA (2) Tourism Development Plan for the CLV-DTA 2020–2025 and Its Vision Towards 2030 (3) Sustainable Rubber Industry Development Plan in the CLV-DTA (4) Reviewing Master Plan for Socio-Economic Development in the CLV-DTA up to 2020 and subject to updating up to 2030 (5) Specific programmes, plans, and projects to implement the action plan for CLV economic connectivity up to 2030; and (6) conservation of natural resources to achieve the objectives of promoting economic connectivity between the three countries towards sustainable and inclusive goals.
