(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ខា ឡេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាលើ៖

១- សេចក្តីព្រាងអនុក្រឹត្យស្ដីពីការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្ដីពីប្រតិបត្តិការដែលមានកិច្ចធានា

២- សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីកិច្ចសន្យាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង

៣- គម្រោងរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់នីតិកាលទី៧។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ តំណាងអគ្គនាយកពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងប្រទេស និងមន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទេសនៃនាយកដ្ឋាននីតិកម្ម។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Wednesday, 6 November 2023, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency KHA Leng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led a meeting to discuss:

1- Draft Sub-Decree on the Implementation of the Law on Secured Transactions,

2- Draft Law on Commercial Contracts, and

3- Planning to prepare draft laws and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce for the 7th legislature.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency and Her Excellency Under Secretary of State, a representative of the Director General of Domestic Trades, and Legal Affairs Department officials.
