(រដ្ឋធានីហាណូយ ប្រទេសវៀតណាម)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសអមដំណើរ សម្ដេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី អញ្ជើញបំពេញទស្សកិច្ចផ្លូវការនៅសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង ឯកឧត្តម ហែម វណ្ណឌី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញពិសារអាហារពេលព្រឹក និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Nguyen Hong Dien រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាការងារ រឹតចំណងសាមគ្គីភាព និងភាពជាដៃគូលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងឧស្សាហកម្ម រវាងកម្ពុជា និងវៀតណាម។ នាឱកាសនោះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្ដូរយោបល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក សំដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណាពង្រឹងបន្ថែមនូវកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងឧស្សាហកម្ម រួមមាន៖ ការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយរបាំងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងការឈានទៅការជំរុញកំណើនពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាមឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនថែមទៀត ពិសេសកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបច្ចេកទេសលើផលិតកម្មក្នុងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្មកែច្នៃជាដើម។ ជាចុងបញ្ចប់ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ឱ្យក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសរបស់ក្រសួងទាំងបីពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពសិក្សាលើទម្រង់លិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តិ ដើម្បីអាចមានលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការពង្រឹងបន្ថែមលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យនានាដែលស្ថិតក្រោមដែនសមត្ថិកិច្ចរបស់ក្រសួងទាំងបី។ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់សារជាថ្មី នូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការពង្រឹងនិងជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង ឧស្សាហកម្ម ដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចទៅវិញទៅមករបស់ប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជាតិទាំងពីរ។   

(Hanoi, Vietnam): On the morning of Tuesday, 12 December 2023, on the occasion of accompanying Samdech Tipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, for his official visit to Vietnam, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and His Excellency HEM Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation, of the Kingdom of Cambodia, had a working breakfast with His Excellency Nguyen Hong Dien, Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, to strengthen trade and industry cooperation between Cambodia and Vietnam.

On that occasion, both sides discussed and exchanged vision and best practices for further strengthening the cooperation in trade and industry between the two countries, which included strengthening trade facilitation to reducing technical barriers to trade in order to further facilitate and increase bilateral trade flows, as well as strengthening technical cooperation in industrial production, etc.

In closing, both sides provided guidance to the relevant officials to explore the possibility of establishing a legal framework for further strengthening related areas under the purview of the three ministries. In addition, both sides also reiterated commitments to working closely with each other in order to promote bilateral trade and industry for the mutual economic benefits of the people of the two countries.
