(ទីក្រុងតូក្យូ ប្រទេសជប៉ុន)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្នុងឱកាសអមដំណើរ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលរំលឹកខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍លើកទី៥០ នៃទំនាក់ទំនងអាស៊ាន-ជប៉ុន លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបប្រជុំទ្វេភាគី ជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម SAITO Ken រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងឧស្សាហកម្មជប៉ុន ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាការងារ រឹតចំណងមិត្តភាពនិងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី SAITO Ken បានសំដែងការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅចំពោះវត្តមានលោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី មកកាន់ប្រទេសជប៉ុន នាឱកាសនេះ និងបានសំដែងនូវអំណរសាទរជូនចំពោះលោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ដែលត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជារដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានសំដែងនូវអំណរគុណចំពោះឯកឧត្តម Saito Ken ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មមារញឹកដើម្បីជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោកជំទាវ និងគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។
ភាគីទាំងពីរបានកត់សម្គាល់លើការសម្រេចបាននូវលំហូរពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីរវាងកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន នាពេលកន្លងមក។ នៅក្នុងន័យនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្ដូរយោបល់ល្អៗសំដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណាពង្រឹង និងជំរុញសកម្មភាពធុរកិច្ចនិងលំហូរពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរបន្ថែមទៀត ជាពិសេសបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពចាំបាច់ក្នុងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបន្ថែមទៀតលើការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងអាស៊ាន-ជប៉ុន និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងអាសិប ដើម្បីពង្រឹងបន្ថែមទៀតនូវកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនិងទំនាក់ទំនងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។
ជាចុងបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់លើសារៈសំខាន់របស់ការចូលរួមពីវិស័យឯកជនរបស់ជប៉ុន នៅក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសក្នុងការបង្កើតឱកាសការងារ និងការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មឧស្សាហកម្មនិងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់កម្ពុជា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តសហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ចនិងវិនិយោគិនជប៉ុន ឱ្យធ្វើធរុកិច្ចនិងបណ្ដាក់ទុនបន្ថែមទៀតនៅកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសលើវិស័យដែលរដ្ឋាភិបាលចាត់ទុកថាជាវិស័យដែលមានតម្លៃបន្ថែមខ្ពស់ដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិដូចជា វិស័យកសិកម្មនិងឧស្សាហកម្មកែច្នៃ វាយនភ័ណ្ឌនិងកម្មន្ដសាល ទេសចរណ៍ ឧស្សាហកម្មច្នៃប្រឌិត ស្រាវជ្រាវនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដឹកជញ្ជូននិងឡូជីស្ទីក ច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល សេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងសេវាអប់រំ ជាពិសេសការបង្កើតនូវតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេស និងឧទ្យានឧស្សាហកម្ម ជាដើម។
(Tokyo, Japan): On the afternoon of Monday, 18 December 2023, on the occasion of accompanying Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to participate in the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency SAITO Ken, Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry of Japan, to discuss and strengthen friendship and bilateral economic and trade relations between Cambodia and Japan.
His Excellency SAITO Ken expressed his warm welcome to Her Excellency Minister for her presence in Japan on this occasion and expressed his heartfelt congratulation to Her Excellency on her appointment as the Minster of Commerce of Cambodia of the Royal Government of Cambodia. In response, Her Excellency Minister expressed her appreciation to His Excellency SAITO Ken for his time, on his tight schedule, to meet with Her Excellency Minister and the Ministry of Commerce’s delegation.
During the discussion, both parties noted a remarkable achievement in the bilateral trade flows between Japan and Cambodia that have been made so far. In this regard, both parties discussed and exchanged ideas and best practices towards further strengthening and promoting business activities and bilateral trade between the two countries, in particular emphasising the importance of better implementation of the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership (AJCEP) and the RCEP Agreement in order to further strengthen trade relations and economic cooperation between the two countries.
In closing, Her Excellency Minister underscored the importance of engagement by the Japanese private sector to Cambodia’s economic development, especially for employment creation, as well as trade and industry diversifications in Cambodia. At the same time, Her Excellency Minister also encouraged Japanese businesses and investments to conduct more business operations and further invest in high-value-added sectors that the Royal Government of Cambodia has considered as prioritized sectors for economic development, such as agriculture and agro-processing, garments and footwear, tourism, creative industries, research and development, transport and logistics, technology and digital infrastructure, financial services, and education services, especially the establishment of the special economic zones (SEZ) and industrial parks.
