(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យផលិតផលហាឡាលកម្ពុជា«គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក.» បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូង ក្នុងអាណត្តិនៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យផលិតផលហាឡាលកម្ពុជា (គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក.) ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី អនុប្រធាន ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាអនុប្រធាន និងសមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃ គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. ដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ។  

កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូងរបស់ គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. នេះ មានគោលបំណងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់អនុប្រធាន និងជាសមាជិក សមាជិកា គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារ មានមតិសំណេះសំណាល និងណែនាំខ្លួន។ នៅក្នុងអាណត្តិថ្មីនេះ ដើម្បីបន្តនូវបេសកកម្មជំរុញ និងលើកកម្ពស់គោលនយោបាយនិងដំណើរការតួនាទីភារកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួន កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូងនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមរបៀបវារៈចំនួន ៣ រួមមាន៖

១). មតិស្វាគមន៍ និងសុន្ទរកថាបើកអង្គប្រជុំដោយ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធាន គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក.

២).ការអានសេចក្តីសម្រេចរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលស្តីពីការតែងតាំងសមាសភាពនៃ គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. ចុះថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ និងមតិសំណេះសំណាល និងការណែនាំខ្លួន ដោយសមាជិក សមាជិការបស់ គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក.

៣). របាយការណ៍លទ្ធផលការងាររបស់ គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. និងលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. ដែលសម្រេចបាននាពេលកន្លងមក

៤). កិច្ចពិភាក្សាលើគំនិតផ្ដួចផ្ដើមដែលរៀបចំនិងកិច្ចការសំខាន់ៗដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តនាពេលខាងមុខ ដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ផាន អូន ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. និងជាសមាជិក គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. លើ៖ ក). ពាក្យស្នើសុំបញ្ជាក់ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវលើការប្រើប្រាស់ស្លាកសញ្ញាហាឡាលសម្រាប់ផលិតផលនាំចូល ខ).ទម្រង់វិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវលើការប្រើប្រាស់ស្លាកសញ្ញាហាឡាលសម្រាប់ផលិតផលនាំចូល គ). ទម្រង់លំហូរនៃវិធានក្នុងការវាយតម្លៃការស្នើសុំវិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវលើការប្រើប្រាស់ស្លាកសញ្ញាហាឡាលសម្រាប់ផលិតផលនាំចូល។

Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and chairwoman of the Cambodian Halal Steering Committee (CHSC), chaired the first meeting of the Cambodian Halal Steering Committee (CHSC).

(Phnom Penh) On the morning of Monday, 25 December 2023, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and Chairwoman of Cambodian Halal Steering Committee, chaired the first meeting of CHSC under the mandate of the 7th legislature of the National Assembly, attended by His Excellency Senior Minister, Vice-Chairman, Excellencies, Vice-Chairman, and members from relevant ministries and institutions.

The purpose of the first meeting of CHCS is to provide opportunities for vice-chairman and members to introduce, share, and discuss work. In this new mandate, to continue the mission and promote and enhance its policies and functions, the meeting was conducted with the following agenda:

1). Welcome and opening remarks by Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and chairwoman of Cambodian Halal Steering Committee (CHSC)

2). The reading of the decision on the appointment of the composition of Cambodian Halal Steering Committee dated 30 October 2023.

3). Report on the accomplishments of CHSC and the Secretariat of CHSC

4). Discussion on concepts and other vital obligations implementation presented by His Excellency Phan Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia, in charge of the Director General of CCF on:

a). The Application Form for Authentication of Halal Logo for Imported Products

b). The Certificate of Authentication of Halal Logo for Imported Products

c). Flow of Procession of Authentication of Application Form for Authentication of Halal Logo for Imported Products
