(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៨ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម ពេជ ឫទ្ធី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអនុញ្ញាតជូនក្រុមនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍រដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលីសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំ។

នៅក្នុងជំនួបសម្ដែងការគួរសមនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសម្តែងការអបអរសាទរជូនក្រុមនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍រដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលីសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ និងមានប្រសាសន៍ផ្តាំផ្ញើដល់ក្រុមនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីទាំងអស់ ឱ្យខិតខំសិក្សាក្រេបយកចំណេះវិជ្ជា ជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មីៗ ក៏ដូចជារក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ ព្រមទាំងត្រូវប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិ និងអត្តចរិតថ្លៃថ្នូរ ក្នុងនាមជាម្ចាស់ជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី ដើម្បីរឹតចំណងមិត្តភាព សាមគ្គីភាព ក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចសហការល្អ ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល ប្រជាជនអូស្ត្រាលី និងជាមួយជាតិសាសន៍ដទៃទៀតផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការសង្ឃឹមថា ក្រុមនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីទាំងអស់ នឹងក្លាយជាធនធានមនុស្សដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់ការទ្រទ្រង់ខឿនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្សក្រោមម្លប់សន្តិភាពរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះសំខាន់បំផុតសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍគ្រប់វិស័យ។   

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 28 December 2023, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency PICH Rithi, Secretary of State of Commerce, and High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call from the Australia Awards Scholarship Student for the 2024 intake.

On that occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State congratulated the selected awardees and encouraged them to study hard, acquire new knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as maintain good relationships and adhere to national identity and interests, as well as dignified characters as the selected awardees, in order to strengthen the bonds of friendship, solidarity and good cooperation with the government, the people of Australia, and other people. His Excellency Secretary of State strongly hoped that the selected awardees would become valuable human resources for supporting Cambodia’s economy and society, as well as for human capital development under the wise leadership of the Royal Government of Cambodia in establishing and maintaining peace and stability, which is the most critical foundation for developments in all areas.
