(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី០៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ឯកឧត្តម រដ្ឋ សារ៉ាវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំសហការី ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលចុងក្រោយលើសេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍ពិនិត្យឡើងវិញជាសកលតាមកាលកំណត់ (UPR) ជុំទី៤ របស់កម្ពុជា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម កែវ រ៉េមី ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា។ នៅក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំនេះ តំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធបានចូលរួមធ្វើការកែសម្រួលលើខ្លឹមសារមួយចំនួន មុននឹងដាក់សេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍នេះ ឆ្លងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងបញ្ជូនជាផ្លូវការទៅក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសិទ្ធិមនុស្សរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ឱ្យបានមុនថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ខាងមុខនេះ។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា UPR ជុំទី៤ របស់កម្ពុជា នឹងធ្វើឡើងនៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ នៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ ប្រទេសស្វីស នាកំឡុងខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ខាងមុខនេះ ដែលគណ:ប្រតិភូកម្ពុជានឹងចូលរួមការពាររបាយការណ៍នេះផងដែរ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 04 January 2024, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency RATH Saravuth, Secretary of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, led senior officers attended a meeting chaired by His Excellency KEO Remy, Senior Minister and Chairman of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), with the participation of senior officials from line ministries and institutions. The meeting was aimed at reviewing and providing final input on the draft report for the 4th round of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Cambodia before such a report is submitted for the Royal Government of Cambodia’s adoption and further submitted to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations by 29 January 2024 the latest.

It’s noted that the 4th round of UPR of Cambodia is scheduled to take place at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland in May 2024, during which Cambodian delegations will attend to defend the report.
