(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ លោកជំទាវ ខា ឡេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងជាប្រធានអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ (អ.ដ.ក.) ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាអនុប្រធាននៃ អ.ដ.ក., ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាអនុប្រធាន និងសមាជិកនៃ អ.ដ.ក. ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ អ.ដ.ក. និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ រួមទាំងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធមួយចំនួនទៀត។
ជាលទ្ធផល ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នេះ អ.ដ.ក. បានសម្រេចអនុម័តជាគោលការណ៍លើ៖
ទី១-ផែនការការងារ និងផែនការហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសម្រាប់កិច្ចដំណើរការរបស់ អ.ដ.ក. និង
ទី២-សេចក្តីព្រាងសេចក្តីសម្រេចស្តីពីបែបបទ នីតិវិធី និងគុណវុឌ្ឍិសម្រាប់ការផ្តល់នីតិសម្បទាជាមន្ត្រីសម្របសម្រួលដោះស្រាយវិវាទនៃ អ.ដ.ក.។
ទន្ទឹមគ្នានេះ អ.ដ.ក. នឹងធ្វេីកិច្ចសហការក្នុងភាពជាដៃគូ ដេីម្បីដោះស្រាយវិវាទជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាមួយក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ រួមមាន៖ ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា រដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ជាដេីម។
(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 8 January 2024, Her Excellency KHA Leng, Secretary of State of Commerce, on behalf of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, attended the first meeting of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution, led by His Excellency KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, who is the chairman of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NAADR).
As a result of the meeting, two objectives have been approved, such as:
1- Action Plan and Financial Plan for the Initiation of NAADR
2- The Draft Decision on Procedures and Qualifications for Provision of Rehabilitation as Dispute Resolution Mediation Officer of the NAADR.
At the same time, NAADR will cooperate in partnership to resolve disputes for the people with the relevant ministries and institutions, including the Ministry of Inspection, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, sub-national administration and civil society organizations.
