(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី២៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.» បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២ របស់ គ.ប.ក. ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សា និងអនុម័តលើបទប្បញ្ញត្តិក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២នេះ បានពិភាក្សាលើរបៀបវារៈចំនួន៣ ដែលរួមមាន៖ (១.) សេចក្តីព្រាងការកែសម្រួលបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងស្តីពីរបៀបរបបការងាររបស់ គ.ប.ក. (២.) សេចក្តីព្រាងសេចក្តីសម្រេចស្តីពីលក្ខខណ្ឌនិងនីតិវិធីនៃការស្នើសុំការអនុញ្ញាតលើកលែងក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង និង (៣.) សេចក្តីព្រាងសេចក្តីសម្រេចស្តីពីលក្ខខណ្ឌនិងនីតិវិធីនៃគោលការណ៍អនុគ្រោះក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង។

កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២ របស់ គ.ប.ក. នេះ គឺមានគោលបំណងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់សមាជិក គ.ប.ក. ទាំងអស់ផ្តល់ធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗលើឯកសាររៀបរាប់ខាងលើ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយនិងសមស្របតាមលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់ឱកាសជូនលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ គ.ប.ក. ឆ្លើយតបនឹងការផ្តល់សេចក្តីពន្យល់ ជូនដល់សមាជិក គ.ប.ក. ទាំងអស់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំនិងកសាងនូវឯកសារទាំងនេះ ក្នុងកំឡុងពេលកិច្ចប្រជុំតែម្តង។ ជាលទ្ធផល អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សា ផ្លាស់ប្តូរធាតុចូល និងឯកភាពជារួមលើខ្លឹមសារនៃសេចក្តីព្រាងការកែសម្រួលបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងស្តីពីរបៀបរបបការងាររបស់ គ.ប.ក. ដែលនឹងត្រូវដាក់ជូនអង្គប្រជុំសម្រេចនាកិច្ចប្រជុំសាមញ្ញលើកទី៣។

Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and Chairperson of the Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC) chaired the 2nd Meeting of of the CCC

(PHNOM PENH): On the morning of Wednesday, 24 January, 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and the Chairperson of the Cambodian Competition Commission (CCC) chaired the 2nd Meeting of the CCC in order to review, discuss, and approve the regulations under the Law on Competition. The meeting was conducted with the following agenda: (1). Draft Amendment on Internal Rules of Working Procedures of the CCC, (2). Draft Decision on the Requirements and Procedures of Exemptions under the Law on Competition, and (3). Draft Decision on Requirements and Procedures on Leniency under the Law on Competition.

This 2nd Meeting of the CCC is intended to review, discuss, and collect input from all the CCC members on the above documents to ensure that they are comprehensive and consistent with the existing legal documents, as well as to provide an opportunity for the Secretariat of the CCC to provide response and explanation to the CCC members concerning the preparation and drafting of these documents during the meeting. As a result, the meeting has reviewed, discussed, exchanged inputs, and unanimously agreed on the content of the Draft Amendment on Internal Rules of Working Procedures of the CCC, which will be subjected to enactment at the 3rd Meeting of the CCC.
