(អាប៊ុយដាប៊ី អេមីរ៉ាត់អារ៉ាប់រួម)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី២៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម សុខភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំតុមូលចិនលើកទី១២ ក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីពី “ទស្សនវិស័យរបស់អារ៉ាប់ក្នុងការចូលជាសមាជិកអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) និងប្រព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មពហុភាគី” ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តឡើងចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៤-២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅរាជធានីអាប៊ុយដាប៊ី ប្រទេសអេមីរ៉ាត់អារ៉ាប់រួម។
គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គឺដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីបទពិសោធន៍ និងដំណើរចូលជាសមាជិកអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោករបស់ប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់អារ៉ាប់។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានចែករំលែកឧត្តមានុវត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងដំណើរនៃការចូលជាសមាជិក បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងកាលានុវត្តភាពដែលទទួលបាន ក្នុងនាមជាសមាជិកភាពរបស់អង្គការWTO រួមមាន៖ កំណើននិងសេ្ថរភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ច្រកចូលទីផ្សារ ការទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគ ការកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រ ការលើកកម្ពស់កម្រិតជីវភាពប្រជាជន ព្រមទាំងការទទួលបានជំនួយបច្ចេកទេស និងការកសាងសមត្ថភាពពីប្រព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មពហុភាគី ដែលមានភាពប្រកដប្រជាផ្អែកលើវិធានច្បាប់ សេរីភាវូបនីយកម្ម ក៏ដូចជាការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ការអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ច កំណែទម្រង់ច្បាប់-គោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីធានាប្រព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្របកដោយចីរភាព និងមានភាពធន់។
ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានបង្ហាញអំពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេចរបស់កម្ពុជា ចំពោះសំណើក្នុងការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍របស់កម្ពុជានៃការចូលជាសមាជិកអង្គការWTO។

(Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirate): On the morning of 24 February 2024, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, led the Cambodian delegation to attend the 12th China Round Table on WTO Accessions on “Arab Perspectives on WTO Accessions and the Multilateral Trading System,” which is scheduled to take place from 24 to 25 February 2024 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the experiences and accession of Arab countries to the WTO.
Taking this opportunity, His Excellency Secretary of State shared Cambodia's efforts in the process of membership, the challenges and opportunities gained as a member of the WTO, including economic growth and stability, trade, market access, investment attraction, poverty reduction, raising living standards, as well as access to technical assistance and capacity building from a multilateral trading system based on the rule of law, liberalization, as well as the implementation of agreements and obligations under the WTO framework, and legal and policy reform to ensure a sustainable and resilient trading system.
Lastly, His Excellency Secretary of State also emphasized that Cambodia is ready to welcome any request to share our experience with WTO accession.
