(ខេត្តអាតាភឺ ប្រទេសឡាវ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន សុវិជាតិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាឧត្តមមន្ត្រី CLV DTA របស់កម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា ចូលរួមសន្និសីទលើកទី១៣ ស្ដីពីការជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ និងទេសចរណ៍ ដែលជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះលើកទី១៣ នៃតំបន់ត្រីកោណអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា-ឡាវ-វៀតណាម ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ដល់ថ្ងៃ១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅខេត្តអាតាភឺ ប្រទេសឡាវ។ 

សន្និសីទនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅដោយមានការចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីវាគ្មិន និងមានការចូលរួមពីវិស័យសាធារណៈ និងវិស័យឯកជនមកពីបណ្តាប្រទេសទាំងបី (កម្ពុជា-ឡាវ-វៀតណាម) ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើនកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរួមគ្នាជំរុញកំណើននៃវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ និងទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីចូលរួមអនុវត្តផែនការមេសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមក្នុងតំបន់ CLV DTA ។

ក្នុងនោះផងដែរ លោក ឈាន ប៉ោទ្រី អគ្គនាយករងពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្ដរជាតិ នៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្ដីពី (១) សក្ដានុពលវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជាក្នុងទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ (២) ច្បាប់និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិទាក់ទងនឹងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង (៣) កិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងតំបន់ CLV DTA ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ តំណាងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឋ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជាបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពីភាពទាក់ទាញនៃវិស័យវិនិយោគក្នុងតំបន់ត្រីកោណអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងច្បាប់វិនិយោគថ្មីរបស់កម្ពុជាផងដែរ។

(Attapeu Province, Lao PDR.): On the morning of Tuesday, 27 February 2024, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and Senior Official Meeting Lead for Cambodia, led Cambodian delegates to participate in the 13th Conference on Trade, Investment, and Tourism Promotion, which is a side event of the 13th Joint Coordination Committee of Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle Area (13th JCC CLV DTA) from 26th February to 01st March 2024 in Attapeu Province, Lao PDR.

This conference was held with the participation of speakers and participants from the public and private sectors of the tripartite (Cambodia-Laos, and Viet Nam), aiming to promote cooperation in investment, trade, and tourism in implementing the Master Plan on Social-Economy in the CLV DTA.

In the presentation session, Mr. CHHEAN Potry, Deputy General of International Trade, Ministry of Commerce, presented about the (1) Potential of Cambodian Trade in the international market, (2) Relevant laws and regulations to trade, and (3) Trade facilitation in the CLV DTA. In the meantime, a representative from the Council for the Development of Cambodia presented about investment attraction in the CLV DTA and the new law on investment in Cambodia.
