(រាជធានីអាប៊ុយដាប៊ី)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី២៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានផ្តល់កិច្ចសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយប៉ុស្តិ៍ទូរទស្សន៍ចិន CCTV ស្តីពី “ទំនាក់ទំនងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន” ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលសន្និសីទថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីលើកទី១៣ នៅរាជធានីអាប៊ុយដាប៊ី ប្រទេសអេមីរ៉េតអារ៉ាប់រួម។
នៅក្នុងបទសម្ភាសន៍ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកឡើងអំពីប្រវត្តិទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ រវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន ដែលមានចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៥៨ និងការប្តេជ្ញាពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគីឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ ក្នុងការកសាងភាពជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០១០ ក្រោមគោលការណ៍នៃភាពជឿទុកចិត្ត និងគោរពផលប្រយោជន៍រវាងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។
បន្ថែមលើនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសម្តែងការកោតសរសើខ្ពស់ចំពោះរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចិន ដែលបានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសកល និងជាតួអង្គមួយយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ ពិសេសតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីគាំទ្រដល់ប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច។ ការចូលរួមរបស់ចិននៅក្នុងវេទិកាពាណិជ្ជកម្មពហុភាគី ដូចជាអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) បានផ្តល់ឱកាសដ៏ល្អប្រសើរសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងកិច្ចសន្ទនាលើវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម រវាងបណ្តាប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអង្គការ WTO។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្តថាថា ភាគីចិនបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មនៅក្នុងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ និងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនានា ដូចជាភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយក្នុងតំបន់ (RCEP) ដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់សមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់សមាជិក។ ការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រទេសចិននៅក្នុង RCEP គឺជាការបង្ហាញពីឆន្ទៈក្នុងការសហការជាមួយប្រទេសផ្សេងទៀត ដើម្បីទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍ទៅវិញទៅមក និងលើកកម្ពស់សេរីភាវូបនីយកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។
នៅកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បង្ហាញក្តីរំពឹងជាសុទិដ្ឋិនិយមចំពោះតួនាទីនៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ចចិនដែលនឹងនៅតែបន្តរក្សាភាពខ្លាំង និងមានតួនាទីនាំមុខគេក្នុងការជំរុញការពង្រីកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិភពលោក តាមរយៈការបន្តការកែទម្រង់ ទំនើបកម្មបច្ចេកវិទ្យានិងនវានុវត្តន៍ ការពង្រីកទីផ្សារក្នុងស្រុក ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បៃតង និងសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិភពលោកជាដើម សំដៅទ្រទ្រង់ដល់កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំសម្រាប់ប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក៏ដូចជាសកលលោកទាំងមូល។

(Abu Dhabi): On the morning of Wednesday, 28 February 2024, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce, high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, gave an interview to China Television CCTV on “Trade Relations between Cambodia and China during the WTO 13th Ministerial Conference in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
In the interview, His Excellency highlighted the history of close diplomatic relations between Cambodia and China since 1958 and the commitment to strengthen bilateral relations by building a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2010 under the principles of trust and mutual benefits.
In addition, His Excellency expressed his appreciation to the Government of China for its important role in global trade and an active role in international trade negotiations, especially through support programs for developing and least developed countries. China's participation in multilateral trade forums such as the World Trade Organization (WTO) has provided excellent opportunities for economic and trade cooperation and dialogue between WTO members.
His Excellency also stressed that Chinese side has actively participated in regional trade agreements and initiatives such as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) aimed at promoting economic integration and cooperation. China's participation in the RCEP is an expression of its willingness to cooperate with other countries for mutual benefit and to promote trade liberalization.
