(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានទទួលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសមជាមួយគណៈប្រតិភូអាម៉េរិក-អាស៊ាន ដែលមានតំណាងមកពី ១៧ក្រុមហ៊ុន ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាពីការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីរវាងកម្ពុជា និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ការងារវិនិយោគ និងធុរកិច្ច របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនអាម៉េរិកមកកម្ពុជា ដែលមានដូចជា៖ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Abbott, ក្រុមហ៊ុន ADM, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Chevron, ក្រុមហ៊ុន ConocoPhillips, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Estée Lauder Companies, ក្រុមហ៊ុន FedEx Express, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Ford, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Jhpiego, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Manulife, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Mastercard, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Meta, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Pfizer, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Philip Morris International, ក្រុមហ៊ុន RMA Group, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Roche, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Tilleke & Gibbins និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Visa។  

នៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានចែករំលែកពីទំហំពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីរវាងកម្ពុជា និងសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក ដែលបានកើនឡើងចំនួន ៧.៧៤% ពោលពី ៥៨១លានដុល្លារ សម្រាប់ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ទៅ ៦២៦លានដុល្លារ សម្រាប់ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានស្តាប់អំពីសំណូមពរផ្សេងៗ ដែលបានលើកឡើងដោយសមាជិក US-ABC និងបានជម្រាបជូនគណៈប្រតិភូអាម៉េរិក អំពីគោលនយោបាយថ្មីៗ និងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្នុងការគាំទ្រសហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ចនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដូចជាការដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការកម្មវិធីទូរស័ព្ទដៃសម្រាប់ការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ (CCF App) និង Call Center សម្រាប់សាធារណៈជនទទួលយកសេវាផ្សេងៗរបស់ក្រសួងផងដែរ។

បន្ថែមពីនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សាពីការបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដើម្បីបម្រើដល់ឧត្តមប្រយោជន៍ទំនាក់ទំនងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Thursday, 29 February 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of Commerce, high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call from US-ASEAN Business Council Delegations, whose representatives are from 17 companies, to discuss the strengthening of bilateral trade relations between Cambodia and the US, and the investment and business opportunities of US companies in Cambodia. Those companies include Abbott, ADM, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Estée Lauder Companies, FedEx Express, Ford, Jhpiego, Manulife, Mastercard, Meta, Pfizer, Philip Morris International, RMA Group, Roche, Tilleke & Gibbins, and Visa.

On that occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State also shared the volume of bilateral trade between Cambodia and the United States, which increased by 7.74% from $ 581 million in January 2023 to $ 626 million in January 2024.

His Excellency Secretary of State also noted the proposal made by the council members and informed them about the Ministry of Commerce’s new policies and ongoing efforts to support the business community in Cambodia, such as the launch of the CCF mobile app for consumer protection and the call center for public access to the ministry’s services.

In addition, both parties also discussed their continued collaboration to support each other for the great benefit of trade and investment relations between the two countries.
