(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ វិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងស្រាវជ្រាវ (TTRI) រួមសហការជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិ ការកម្ពុជា-សិង្ហបុរី (CSCC) បានរៀបចំពិធីបើបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញស្តីពី "ការសរសេរសុន្ទរកថា និងការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញសាធារណៈ" ជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត តាត ពុធសូដារី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង Ms Bernice Seow លេខាទី២ នៃស្ថានទូតសិង្ហបុរីប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។  

­­­­វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានរយៈពេល ២សប្តាហ៍ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ដល់ ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ និងមានវត្តមានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ឯកឧត្តមទីប្រឹក្សា លោក លោកស្រី អគ្គនាយករង អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន/វិទ្យាស្ថាន ប្រធានការិយាល័យ អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មចំនួន ២៨រូប ស្រីចំនួន១៦រូប។

ជាលទ្ធផលសិក្ខាកាមទាំង ២៨រូប បានបញ្ចប់វគ្គសិក្សាដោយជោគជ័យ និងបានស្វែងយល់ពី៖

-វាក្យសព្ទថ្មីៗ ថ្នាក់ពាក្យ ការប្រើប្រាស់វេយ្យករណ៍

-បច្ចេកទេសនៃការប្រើប្រាស់សំលេង កាយវិការ និងបច្ចេកទេសនៃការឈរដើម្បីបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្ត

-របៀបនៃការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជាឯកត្តបុគ្គល ជាក្រុម ការចរចា ការតស៊ូមតិជាដើម

-របៀបសរសេរអត្ថបទជាទម្រង់ច្រើនប្រភេទ និងរបៀបសរសេរសុន្ទរកថា។

Closing Ceremony of the course on “Speechwriting and Public Presentation” for the Ministry of Commerce’s leaders and officials

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Friday, 01 March 2024, the Trade Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce in collaboration with the Cambodia-Singapore Cooperation Centre (CSCC), conducted the Closing Ceremony of the Course on “Speechwriting and Public Presentation” in English, presided over by His Excellency Dr. TAT Puthsodary, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and Ms Bernice Seow, Second Secretary of the Embassy of Singapore in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

This course has been conducted for 2 weeks from 19 February 2024 to 1 March 2024 with the attendance of 28 participants (16 females) such as Her Excellency Secretary of State, Excellency Undersecretaries of State, Deputy Director Generals, Deputy Directors, Chiefs of Bureaus, Deputy Chiefs of Bureaus, and Officials of the Ministry of Commerce.

As a result, 28 participants completed the course and gained knowledge on:

- New vocabulary, part of speech, grammar use

- Technique on how to use notation, pronunciation, gestures, and how to stand to gain confidence

- How to conduct good presentations individually in negotiations, and in debates

- Skill in writing speech.
