(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅសាលាជាតិគយ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ របស់ក្រុមផ្តល់ប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកច្បាប់ និងគោលនយោបាយគម្រោងបញ្ជរតែមួយជាតិ (ក.ច.ប.ជ) ដើម្បីពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង និងផ្តល់ដំណោះស្រាយផ្នែកច្បាប់ និងគោលនយោបាយ លើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា។

ក្រោយស្តាប់ការរាយការណ៍ពីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នទាំង១៣ ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងគម្រោងបញ្ជរតែមួយជាតិ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធាន ក.ច.ប.ជ បានផ្តល់ការណែនាំគន្លឹះ ដែលក្នុងនោះរួមមាន៖ ការពិនិត្យកែសម្រួលប្រកាសពាក់ព័ន្ធ, ការរៀបចំនីតិវិធី និងស្តង់ដារសម្រាប់អនុវត្ត (SoP) របស់ក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នដែលមិនទាន់អនុវត្តគម្រោងបានពេញលេញ, និងការជំរុញបរិយាបន្ននៃការទូទាត់តាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញរបស់ក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នដែលកំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោងនេះ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអនុវត្តកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា ទាំងក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌជាតិ អាស៊ាន និងអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក ឱ្យបានកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ។

(Phom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 04 March 2024, at the National Customs School, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce and high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, chaired the first meeting of the Legal and Policy Advisory Group of the National Single Window (NSW) Project to review progress and provide legal and policy solutions to challenges arising from this project implementation. After noting the progress reports from representatives of the 13 ministries and institutions participating in the NSW Project, His Excellency Secretary of State, as the chairman of the Advisory Group, offered several instructions, including the upcoming works on amending key related Prakas, preparing necessary procedures and Standard of Practices (SoP) for line Ministries/institutions who haven't fully implemented the Project, and urging the inclusive application of online payment among participating institutions in the Project, all aimed at promoting the implementation of Cambodia's trade facilitation under both national, ASEAN, and WTO frameworks.
