(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម កឹម ស៊ីថន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអនុញ្ញាតជូន បេក្ខជន បេក្ខនារី ជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុនចំនួន១២រូប សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំសិក្សា២០២៤-២០២៦ ចូលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម ដើម្បីទទួលបានអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំ និងស្វែងយល់អំពីសមិទ្ធផលការងាររបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣។  

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ បានសម្តែងនូងការអបអរសាទរចំពោះជ័យលាភីទាំងអស់ដែលទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់នេះ និងបានបង្ហាញពីសមិទ្ធផលការងារសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដូចជា៖ ការងារពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិនិងការបើកច្រកទីផ្សារ ការងារកសាងច្បាប់ លិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនិងការរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ ការលើកកម្ពស់សេវាសាធារណៈនិងការធ្វើឌីជីថលូបនីយកម្ម និងការងារផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈ រួមមាន (១) ទំហំពាណិជ្ជកម្មនាំចេញ-នាំចូល (២) ការងារចុះបញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (៣) ការចុះបញ្ជីកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា (ម៉ាក) ជាដើម។

បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ក៏បានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ផ្តាំផ្ញើដល់និស្សិតជ័យលាភីទាំងអស់ឱ្យយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ខិតខំរៀនសូត្រឱ្យពូកែ យកនូវចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ថ្មីៗ និងជំនាញទៅតាមមុខជំនាញនីមួយៗដែលបានរៀន ដើម្បីត្រឡប់មកចូលរួមក្នុងការកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិយើង នៅពេលបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាដោយជោគជ័យ៕

H.E KEM Sithan, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, received a courtesy call from the 12 Japan’s scholarship awardees.

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Tuesday, 19 January 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency KEM Sithan, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call from the 12 Japan’s scholarship awardees for academic years 2024-2026 to receive advice and understanding the achievements of the Ministry of Commerce in 2023.

At the outset, the Permanent Secretary of State congratulated all the awardees and highlighted the achievements of the Ministry of Commerce in 2023, such as International trade and market access, create new laws, regulation, policy, public service promotion and digitalization, and public service including (1) import-export trade volume (2) business registration, and (3) intellectual property registration.

His Excellency also give recommendation to all the scholarship awardees to concentrate on studying hard in order to get new knowledge, experience and skills in their fields that they have learned to contribute to develop our nation after graduation.
