(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.» តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.» បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៣ របស់ គ.ប.ក. ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សា និងអនុម័តលើបទប្បញ្ញត្តិក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង។

ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៣នេះ បានពិភាក្សាលើរបៀបវារៈចំនួន២ ដែលរួមមាន៖ (១.) សេចក្តីព្រាងសេចក្តីសម្រេចស្តីពីលក្ខខណ្ឌនិងនីតិវិធីនៃការស្នើសុំការអនុញ្ញាតលើកលែងក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង និង (២.) សេចក្តីព្រាងសេចក្តីសម្រេចស្តីពីលក្ខខណ្ឌនិងនីតិវិធីនៃគោលការណ៍អនុគ្រោះក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង។

កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៣ របស់ គ.ប.ក. នេះ គឺមានគោលបំណងដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សា និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗលើឯកសារដែលបានរៀបរាប់ខាងលើពីសមាជិក គ.ប.ក. ទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយនិងសមស្របតាមលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់ឱកាសជូនលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ គ.ប.ក. ឆ្លើយតប និងផ្តល់សេចក្តីពន្យល់ ជូនដល់សមាជិក គ.ប.ក. ទាំងអស់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំ និងការកសាងនូវឯកសារទាំងនេះ ក្នុងកំឡុងពេលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Tuesday, 19 March 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of Commerce and Permanent Vice-Chairperson of the Cambodian Competition Commission (CCC), high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and the Chairperson of the Cambodian Competition Commission (CCC), chaired the 3rd Meeting of the CCC, to review, discuss, and approve regulations under the Law on Competition.

This 3rd Meeting was conducted based on two agendas, including: (1). Draft Decision on the Requirements and Procedures of Exemptions under the Law on Competition, and (2). Draft Decision on Requirements and Procedures on Leniency under the Law on Competition.

The purpose of the 3rd Meeting was to review, discuss, and gather input from all CCC members on the aforementioned documents to ensure their comprehensiveness and alignment with existing legal frameworks. It also provided an opportunity for the Secretariat of the CCC to respond to and explain the preparation and drafting of these documents to CCC members during the meeting.
