(ទីក្រុងហុងកុង, ប្រទេសចិន)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកស្រី Agnes CHAN, អនុប្រធាននៃអគ្គសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មហុងកុង (HKGCC), ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជនរបស់ហុងកុង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាការជំរុញការវិនិយោគ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា និងតំបន់រដ្ឋបាលពិសេសហុងកុង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបភាគីហុងកុង យ៉ាងលម្អិតអំពីសម្មិទ្ធផលថ្មីៗរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការជំរុញកំណើនវិនិយោគ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, ជាពិសេសការដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តច្បាប់វិនិយោគថ្មីនិងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ, ការសម្រេចបាននូវកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីទ្វេភាគី-ពហុភាគី, គោលនយោបាយនានាក្នុងការគាំទ្រនិងជំរុញឌីជីថលូបនីយកម្ម រួមទាំងគម្រោងបញ្ជរតែមួយជាតិ, ព្រមទាំងកម្មវិធីពិសេសជំរុញការវិនិយោគនៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដែលប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទើបតែដាក់ចេញកាលពីខែមករាកន្លងទៅនេះ ជាដើម។ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សាពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការបង្កើតយន្តការ-ក្របខណ្ឌជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងអគ្គសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មហុងកុង និងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា ផងដែរ។   

(Hong Kong SAR, China): On the morning of Tuesday, 19 March 2024, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce, and high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce of Cambodia, met with Ms Agnes CHAN, Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC), with participation of leaders of private enterprises of Hong Kong to discuss the promotion of Cambodia-Hong Kong SAR trade and investment relations.

In the meeting, His Excellency Secretary of State briefed his counterparts the achievements of the RGC, especially the put-into-effect of Cambodia New Investment Law and related regulations, the signings of bilateral and multilateral FTAs, the various policies tailored for promoting digitalization including the National Single Window project, as well as the recent Special Programme for Promoting Investments in Sihanoukville Province launched by Samdech Prime Minister this January 2024.

At that time, both parties also discussed the possibility of forging closer relation between the HKGCC and Cambodia Chamber of Commerce via any specific platform on realistic basis.
