(ទីក្រុងហុងកុង, ប្រទេសចិន)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤, ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកបណ្ឌិត Patrick LAU អនុប្រធានប្រតិបត្តិ នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍពាណិជ្ជកម្មហុងកុង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាការជំរុញការវិនិយោគ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា និងតំបន់រដ្ឋបាលពិសេសហុងកុង។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនភាគីហុងកុងអំពីសម្មិទ្ធផលថ្មីៗរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការជំរុញកំណើនវិនិយោគ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, ជាពិសេសការដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តច្បាប់វិនិយោគថ្មីនិងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ, ការសម្រេចបាននូវកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីទ្វេភាគី-ពហុភាគី, គោលនយោបាយបាយនានាក្នុងការគាំទ្រនិងជំរុញឌីជីថលូបនីយកម្ម, ព្រមទាំងកម្មវិធីពិសេសជំរុញការវិនិយោគនៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ជាដើម។ជាការឆ្លើយតប ភាគីហុងកុងបានបង្ហាញការប្តេជ្ញាក្នុងការពាំនាំព័ត៌មានទាំងនេះជូនវិនិយោគិន និងធុរជនហុងកុង ពិសេសការពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការវិនិយោគក្នុងវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងកែច្នៃអាហារនៅកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីទាញប្រយោជន៍ពីសក្តានុពលនៃកសិផលសំខាន់ៗពិសេស ស្វាយចន្ទី កៅស៊ូ និងស្រូវអង្ករ ដែលកម្ពុជាពុំទាន់មានលទ្ធភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងការកែច្នៃទៅជាផលិតផលសម្រេចដើម្បីនាំចេញ។បន្ថែមពីនេះ ភាគីហុងកុង ក៏សន្យាថានឹងអញ្ជើញវិនិយោគិន និងផលិតករកម្ពុជា មកចូលរួមព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ពិព័រណ៌ វេទិការ និងសន្និសីទថ្នាក់តំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិនានា ដែលហុងកុងនឹងរៀបចំ ដើម្បីកម្ពុជាអាចបង្ហាញពីគោលនយោបាយ និងផលិតផលសក្តានុពលទាំងនោះ កាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ និងច្បាស់លាស់។
(Hong Kong SAR, China): On the afternoon of Tuesday, 19 March 2024, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce and high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce of Cambodia, met with Dr. Patrick LAU, Deputy Executive Director of Hong Kong Trade and Development Council to discuss the promotion of Cambodia-Hong Kong SAR trade and investment relations.
In the meeting, His Excellency Secretary of State briefed his counterparts the achievements of the RGC, especially the put-into-effect of Cambodia New Investment Law and related regulations, the signings of bilateral and multilateral FTAs, the various policies tailored for promoting, and the recent launched Special Programme for Promoting Investments in Sihanoukville Province in 2024.
In his response, Hong Kong counterpart pledged to convey this packaged information to investors and businessmen to foster their consideration of investing in Cambodia’s technology and food-processing industries, especially in cashew nut, rubber, and paddy rice, among which Cambodia lacks full capacity to make into final goods for exports.
Moreover, the Hong Kong counterpart also pledged to invite Cambodian investors and producers to attend Hong Kong-hosted trade fairs, forums, and associated conferences, both regional and international, so they can showcase their such products and policies to a wider audience and in a clearer fashion.
