(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្និបាត និងពិព័រណ៍កោះពេជ្រ លោកជំទាវ តាន់ ទេពីកណ្ណិកា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួម ក្នុងកម្មវិធីសម្ពោធព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ ពិព័រណ៍គ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងកម្ពុជា អន្តរជាតិលើកទី ១៥ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដែលមានការចូលរួមជាអធិបតីភាពពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការតំណាងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី ក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន និងក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ព្រមទាំងតំណាងរបស់សមាគមគ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងមានតម្លៃអាស៊ាន និងសមាគមគ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងមានតម្លៃឥណ្ឌា ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយសមាគមពាណិជ្ជករគ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងមានតម្លៃកម្ពុជា។   

ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សមាគមគ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងមានតម្លៃកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ដែលបានខិតខំបំពេញបេសកកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការរៀបចំពិព័រណ៍គ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងកម្ពុជា លើកទី១៥ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នេះឡើង ដើម្បីបង្ហាញភ្ញៀវជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិអំពីផលិតផលគ្រឿងអលង្ការដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្តថាក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មតែងតែគាំទ្រ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ការធ្វើធុរកិច្ចលើវិស័យគ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងមានតម្លៃនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងមានគោលបំណងពង្រីកទីផ្សារគ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងកម្ពុជាទៅទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិបន្ថែមទៀត។

ជាការអនុវត្តន៍ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាតពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំបែបបទចូលជាសមាជិកនៃរបបគឹមប័រលីប្រូសេស (Kimberly Process) ដែលជាលទ្ធផលកម្ពុជាបានទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគទុនពីបរទេសមកបើករោងចក្រកែច្នៃត្បូងពេជ្រ នៅតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេសភ្នំពេញ និងធ្វើការនាំចេញផលិតផលត្បូងពេជ្រទៅកាន់ប្រទេសជាសមាជិក គឹមប័រលីប្រូសេស (Kimberly Process) ដូចជាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងសហភាពអ៉ឺរ៉ុបជាដើម។

នៅកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានស្នើដល់សមាគមវិស័យគ្រឿងអលង្ការ និងត្បូងមានតម្លៃកម្ពុជា ពង្រឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងលើគុណភាពផលិតផល ក៏ដូចជារៀបចំកសាងក្រមសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ទំនុកចិត្តដល់អតិថិជនក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស និងធានានូវការប្រកួតប្រជែងប្រកបដោយឧត្តមភាព និងនិរន្តរភាពលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

(Phnom Penh): In the afternoon of Thursday, 21 March 2024, at A,B,C Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center, Her Excellency TAN Tepikanika, Under Secretary of State of Commerce, and High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, attended The 15th Cambodia International Gems and Jewelry Fair 2024, which was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, the Ministry of Women's Affairs, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, as well as representatives of the ASEAN Gems and Jewelry Association and the India Gems and Jewelry Association, organized by the Cambodian Gems and Jewelry Traders Association.

Her Excellency Undersecretary of State continued that the Ministry of Commerce has always supported and encouraged business in the field of jewelry and gems in Cambodia, and aims to expand the market for jewelry and gems locally and internationally. As a practice, the Ministry of Commerce, with permission from the Royal Government of Cambodia, has applied for and obtained membership in the Kimberly Process Trade Regime to trade only “conflict free” diamonds. As a result, Cambodia attracted foreign investments to establish a diamond factory in the Special Economic Zone and export diamonds to other member countries of the Kimberly Process, such as the United States and the European Union.

On this occasion, Her Excellency has highlighted that the Ministry of Commerce has made efforts to strengthen business competitiveness, institutional innovation, and the use of technology to facilitate consistent business activities, which aligns with the Pentagonal Strategy-Phase I, which aims to improve business and investment activities in Cambodia.

In conclusion, Her Excellency requested the Cambodian Gems and Jewelry Trader Association to strengthen control over product quality, as well as create a code of conduct to provide trust to domestic and foreign customers and ensure fair competitiveness on the international stage.
