(ទីក្រុងហុងកុង, ប្រទេសចិន)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤, ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត Bernard CHAN អនុរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីអភិវឌ្ឍពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចហុងកុង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាការងារពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យទាំងនេះ រវាងកម្ពុជា-តំបន់រដ្ឋបាលពិសេសហុងកុង ទាំងក្របខណ្ឌទ្វេភាគី និងពហុភាគី។ 

  បន្ទាប់ពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានបន្តជួបជាមួយ បណ្ឌិត James DING អគ្គនាយកកិច្ចការច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ នៃក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ហុងកុង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើប្រព័ន្ធច្បាប់ និងយុត្តិធម៌ក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ ពិសេសយន្តការនៃការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ។  

(Hong Kong SAR, China): On the morning of 21 March 2024, His Excellency Mr. SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State and the high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce of Cambodia, met with His Excellency Dr. Bernard CHAN, Undersecretary for Commerce and Economic Development of Hong Kong SAR, to discuss progress of trade and economic development and cooperation between Cambodia and Hong Kong SAR through both bilateral and multilateral frameworks.

Following this deliberation, His Excellency Secretary of State proceeded for another meeting with Dr. James DING, Director-General of International Law of Department of Justice of Hong Kong SAR, to discuss respective legal systems in the areas of trade and investments, particularly on alternative dispute resolutions for trade and investment matters.
