(ទីក្រុងហុងកុង, ប្រទេសចិន)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤, ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបជាមួយ លោក WOO Wai-kwan ស្នងការរងគយ និងរដ្ឋាករហុងកុង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកគយ និងរដ្ឋាកររវាងកម្ពុជា-តំបន់រដ្ឋបាលពិសេសហុងកុង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានសន្យាបន្តកិច្ចសហការលើទំនើបកម្មគយ ការពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍គយនិងរដ្ឋាករប្រចាំតំបន់ ដែលហុងកុងនឹងរៀបចំនាពេលខាងមុខ ដែលគ្រោងអញ្ជើញភាគីកម្ពុជាចូលរួម ដើម្បីពង្រីកកិច្ចសហការជាមួយស្ថាប័នគយនៃប្រទេស និងដែនដីដទៃ។

បន្ទាប់ពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានចូលរួមជំនួបអាហាថ្ងៃត្រង់ជាមួយ លោក Fletch Chan អគ្គនាយកសេវាកម្មព័ត៌មានហុងកុង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាក្របខណ្ឌជំរុញ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងរវាងកម្ពុជា និងតំបន់រដ្ឋបាលពិសេសហុងកុង សំដៅជំរុញកំណើនពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ និងទេសចរណ៍រវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។  

(Hong Kong SAR, China): On the morning of Friday, 22 March 2024, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce, and the high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce of Cambodia, met with Mr. WOO Wai-kwan, Deputy Commissioner of Customs and Excise Department of Hong Kong SAR, to discuss progress and partnership on customs and excise developments between Cambodia and Hong Kong SAR.

Both parties also pledged to further cooperate on customs modernization, trade facilitation enhancement, and the organization of regional customs and excise conferences which Hong Kong SAR will host and invite Cambodia to attend as to web further networks for cooperation with other countries and territories’ customs institutions.

After this deliberation, His Excellency Secretary of State proceed to a lunch-cum-meeting with Mr. Fletch CHAN, Director of Information Services Department of Hong Kong SAR, where the two discussed frameworks for promoting, disseminating, and enhancing understanding between Cambodia and Hong Kong SAR as to stimulate further trade, investment, and tourism growth of the two parties.
