(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា(គ.ក.ប.) បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ គ.ក.ប. លើកទី១៣ ដើមី្បបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាឆ្នាំ២០២៣ និងទិសដៅការងារសម្រាប់អនុវត្តក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីអនុប្រធាន សមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃគ.ក.ប. និងសមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃគ.ក.ប. ពីអន្តរក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាជាច្រើនរូប។  

គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះគឺ៖ ១) ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចលើសេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពីលទ្ធផលការងារប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៣ និងទិសដៅការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៤ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា, ២) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើសកម្មភាពដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តក្រោមគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨ និងវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារនិងយន្តការវាយតម្លៃ, និង ៣)ដើម្បីពិនិត្យនិងពិភាក្សាលើការអនុវត្តបន្តក្នុងការរៀបចំច្បាប់ស្តីពីការសម្ងាត់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មដាច់ដោយឡែកពីសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការសម្ងាត់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងព័ត៌មានមិនបង្ហាញ។

ជាលទ្ធផល អង្គប្រជុំបានសម្រេច និងឯកភាពជាគោលការណ៍លើសេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍បូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាឆ្នាំ២០២៣ និងទិសដៅការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៤ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ដើម្បីគោរពរាយការណ៍ជូន សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Wednesday, 10 April 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and Chairperson of the National Committee for Intellectual Property, chaired the 13th meeting to finalize the drafted report on the achievement in 2023 and the work plan to be implemented in 2024, with participants from NCIP members and the Secretariat members of NCIP from inter-ministerial-institutional and intellectual property officials.

The objectives of this meeting are: 1) to review and finalize the drafted report on the achievement in 2023 and the work plan to be implemented in 2024 of the National Committee for Intellectual Property; 2) to discuss the activities to be implemented under the National Intellectual Property Policy 2023-2028 and the work progress as well as evaluation mechanism; and 3) to review and discuss further implementation of the drafting law on Trade Secrets, separated from the draft law on Trade Secret and Disclosure of Information.

As a result, the meeting agreed on the drafted report summarizing the achievements in 2023 and the work plan for 2024 of the National Committee for Intellectual Property to report to Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
