(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម វ៉ា រុតសាន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអនុញ្ញាតជូន តំណាងវិទ្យាស្ថានស្រាវជ្រាវថាមពលរបស់សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារអំពីគម្រោងវិនិយោគបង្កើតរោងចក្រកែច្នៃសំបកគ្រាប់ស្វាយចន្ទីទៅជាប្រេងជីវឧស្ម័ន (Bio-Heavy oil និង Bio-Char) ក៏ដូចជាការជំរុញ លើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧។

កិច្ចជំនួបនេះ ភាគីតំណាងវិទ្យាស្ថានស្រាវជ្រាវថាមពលរបស់សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េមានគោលបំណងចង់ស្នើសុំការគាំទ្រ ការលើកទឹកចិត្ត និងការផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាលើការដំណើរការសាងសង់រោងចក្រកែច្នៃប្រេងជីវឧស្ម័នគ្រាប់ស្វាយចន្ទី (Cashew Nut Shell Bio-Heavy Oil Conversion Plant Construction And Operation Project) ជាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មីដែលមិនប៉ះពាល់ដល់បរិស្ថាន និងទទួលបានទិន្នផលខ្ពស់។ 

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Wednesday, 3 April 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency VAR Roth San, Secretary of State of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call from the representatives of the Korea Institute of Energy Research, to discuss on their investment project on Cashew Nut Shell into Bio-heavy Oil and Bio-Char, as well as promoting the effectiveness of the implementation of the National Cashew Policy 2022-2027.

This meeting, the representatives of the Korea Institute of Energy Research intended to request the support, encouragement and recommendations from the Royal Government of Cambodia on the Cashew Nut Shell Bio-Heavy Oil Conversion Plant Construction and Operation Project, which is a brand-new eco-friendly technology and highly yields.
