(ទីក្រុងសាម៉ាកាន់, ប្រទេសអ៊ូសបេគីស្ថាន)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១ ដល់រសៀលថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Silk Road by Minyoun ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន សុវិជាតិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចូលរួមវេទិកាកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ី-ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដែលបានរៀបចំរួមគ្នាដោយធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី (ADB) និងគណៈកម្មការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិសម្រាប់អាស៊ី និងប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក (ESCAP) ដោយសហការជាមួយក្រសួងវិនិយោគ ឧស្សាហកម្ម និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋអ៊ូសបេគីស្ថាន។  

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានចូលរួមកិច្ចពិភាក្សាថ្នាក់ខ្ពស់ស្តីពីការប្រើប្រាស់ឌីជីថលសម្រាប់ជួយជំរុញដល់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព ដែលកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះបានផ្តោតទៅលើតួនាទីនៃឌីជីថលនីយកម្ម និងការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាក្នុងកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការដឹកជញ្ជូន ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មឌីជីថល និងធានានិរន្តរភាពដល់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់។

ក្នុងវេទិកានេះ កម្ពុជាត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញឱ្យចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមសម្រាប់និតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិវិញ្ញាបនបត្រដើមកំណើត(OCPs) នៅក្នុងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីនៅតំបន់អាស៊ី ហើយក៏បានចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីការចូលរួមរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមពាណិជ្ជកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ ក៏ដូចជាការបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មឌីជីថល និងគាំទ្រខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់។

His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of Commerce, led Cambodian delegation to attend Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum 2024

(Samarkand, Uzbekistan): From the morning of 1 to afternoon of 4 April 2024, at Silk Road by Minyoun Hotel, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, led Cambodian delegation to attend the Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum 2024 which is jointly organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On that occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State joined a high-level panel discussion on leveraging digitalization for sustainable supply chains, which discussed the role of digitalization and emerging technologies being leveraged in trade facilitation and transport to enable digital trade and sustainable supply chains.

During the forum, Cambodia was invited to share experience on Operational Certification Procedures (OCPs) in Asian FTAs: Lessons Learned and Best Practices and was also asked to share Cambodia’s perspective on participating in regional and international digital trade initiatives as well as designing national e-commerce policies to facilitate digital trade and support supply chains.
