ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវអំណរសាទរចំពោះក្រុមហ៊ុន អ អិម អេ ខេមបូឌា (RMA CAMBODIA) ចំពោះ​ការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ពិព័រណ៍ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះឡើង ដែលនេះបានបង្ហាញឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងឱ្យឃើញនូវភាពជឿជាក់របស់វិស័យឯកជនក្នុងការបណ្តាក់ទុនវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសការបង្កើតរោងចក្រដំឡើងរថយន្តម៉ាក Ford Ranger និង Ford Everest នៅក្នុងខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ដែលបានផ្ដល់ឱកាសការងារចំនួនជាង ៤.២០០ កន្លែងជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា។

ថ្លែងក្នុងសុន្ទរកថា លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្នុងកិច្ចសម្រួលបរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ច និងការវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរទ្បើងបន្ថែមទៀត ដែលមានជាអាទិ៍៖ ១. ការបន្តពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង ច្បាប់ស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តពាក់ព័ន្ធជាធរមាន ការទប់ស្កាត់រាល់ប្រតិបត្តិការ និងសកម្មភាពធុរកិច្ចទាំងទ្បាយដែលរារាំង រឹតត្បិត ឬ បង្ខូចដល់ការប្រកួតប្រជែងស្មើភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌ ២. ការបន្តពង្រឹងការការពារកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិឯកជនស្របច្បាប់ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការបង្កើតផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មថ្មីៗ ការច្នៃប្រឌិត និងនវានុវត្ត ក្នុងគោលបំណងធានាឱ្យមានការប្រកួតប្រជែងនៅក្នុងទីផ្សារ ៣. ការបន្តរៀបចំ និងធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មច្បាប់ និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានា សំដៅសម្រួលដល់ការធ្វើធុរកិច្ច និងវិនិយោគ និងពង្រឹងភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់កម្ពុជាលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

មុននឹងបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ​បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់វិនិយោគិន ក្នុងការចាប់យកកាលានុវត្តភាពពីនិន្នាការកើនទ្បើងជាខ្លាំងនូវតម្រូវការថាមពលកកើតទ្បើងវិញ និងការប្រើប្រាស់រថយន្តអគ្គីសនី ដែលក្នុងនោះការសម្លឹងឃើញនូវទីផ្សារសម្រាប់យានយន្តអគ្គីសនី (Electric Vehicles) ដែលនឹងផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ដ៏សំខាន់ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា រួមមានការកាត់បន្ថយថ្លៃចំណាយ ការបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការប្រើប្រាស់ថាមពល និងការកាត់បន្ថយផ្សែងឧស្ម័នពុល ដែលនឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ដល់ការបង្កើនភាពស្អាតនៃបរិស្ថានជាដើម៕
