(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់ និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលដើម្បីរៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មថ្មីតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូ (Zoom Conference) ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឧកញ៉ា អនុប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា ឧកញ៉ា លោក លោកស្រី តំណាងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង មណ្ឌលសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មខេត្តកណ្តាល-កំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងមណ្ឌលខេត្តកំពត-កែប ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីរាជការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាច្រើនរូប។  

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិគ្រោះយោបល់ និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលពីសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមបណ្តាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ដើម្បីរៀបចំតាក់តែងសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មថ្មី ឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយស្របទៅនឹងស្ថានភាពនៃការរើកចម្រើនផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គម និងការវិវត្តន៍នៃបរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្មនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន៕

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 8 April 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of Commerce, chaired a consultation meeting and collected input to prepare a new draft law on the Chamber of Commerce via Zoom Video Conference. This meeting was attended by Excellencies MoC's leaders, Oknha Vice President of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce, Representative of the Phnom Penh Chamber of Commerce, Representative of Prey Veng Chamber of Commerce, Representative of Svay Rieng Chamber of Commerce, Representative of Kandal-Kampong Chhnang Chamber of Commerce, Representative of Kampot-Kep Chamber of Commerce, and technical officials of the Ministry of Commerce.

The purpose of this meeting is to consult and collect input from the Provincial Chamber of Commerce to prepare a comprehensive new draft law of the Chamber of Commerce in line with socio-economic development and the evolution of the current business environment.
