(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.» បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញ របស់ គ.ប.ក. ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សា និងអនុម័តលើបទប្បញ្ញត្តិក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងសមស្របតាមលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់ឱកាសជូនលេខាធិការដ្ឋានរបស់ គ.ប.ក. ឆ្លើយតប និងផ្តល់សេចក្តីពន្យល់ ជូនដល់សមាជិក គ.ប.ក. ទាំងអស់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំ និងការកសាងនូវឯកសារទាំងនេះ។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តម ផាន អូន ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ កិច្ចការប្រគួតប្រជែង និងបង្រ្កាបការក្លែងបន្លំ (ក.ប.ប.) និងជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ គ.ប.ក. ក៏បានធ្វើរបាយការណ៍សកម្មភាពការងាររបស់លេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ គ.ប.ក. ដែលបានអនុវត្តកន្លងមកជូនដល់អង្គប្រជុំផងដែរ។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 22 April 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and the Chairperson of the Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC), chaired the Extraordinary Meeting of the CCC to review, discuss, and endorse the regulation under the Law on Competition to ensure comprehensiveness and consistency with the existing legal framework, as well as to provide opportunity to the Secretariat of the CCC to respond to any queries and explain the preparation and drafting of this document to the CCC members.
During the meeting, His Excellency PHAN Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director General of the CCF and Head of the CCC Secretariat, presented the report on the working activities undertaken by the CCC Secretariat to the meeting as well.
As a result, the meeting has reviewed, discussed, exchanged inputs, and unanimously agreed on the content of the draft decision.
