(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ខា ឡេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់ដើម្បីប្រមូលធាតុចូល និងមតិយោបល់ពីក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីត្រៀមចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំចរចាជុំទី៤ នៃសេចក្តីព្រាងអនុសញ្ញាស្តីពីការបង្កើតអង្គការអន្តរជាតិសម្រាប់សន្ធានកម្ម (Convention on International Organization for Mediation ឬ IOMed Convention)។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងមជ្ឍមណ្ឌលជាតិមជ្ឍត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។  

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 6 May 2024, Her Excellency KHA Leng, Secretary of State of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, chaired a domestic consultation meeting to collect inputs and comments from relevant ministries and institutions prior to the 4th Elaboration Session of the Draft Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation (IOMed Convention). The meeting was attended by high representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the National Commercial Arbitration Center.
