(ទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ សហព័ន្ធស្វីស)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី០៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីលោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម សួន ប្រសិទ្ធ អគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោកនិងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ ប្រទេសស្វីស និងក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រទេស៧៧ និងចិន ដែលមានសមាជិកចំនួន១៣៥ បានថ្លែងបទអន្តរាគមន៍ក្នុងកម្មវិធីបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំពេញអង្គនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៧ ស្តីពី “Intergovernmental Group of Experts (IGE) on E-Commerce and the Digital Economy” របស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍ (UNCTAD) នៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិប្រចាំទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ សហព័ន្ធស្វីស។ ក្នុងនោះកម្ពុជាបានលើកអំពីសក្តានុពល និងតម្រូវការរបស់ប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សម្រាប់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីល និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក ព្រមទាំងសារៈសំខាន់នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិរវាងសមាជិកនិងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាតួនាទីស្នូលរបស់អង្គការ UNCTAD។  

(Geneva, Switzerland): In the morning of Monday, 6 May 2024, with the permission of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, H.E. Mr. SUON Prasith, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the World Trade Organisation and other International Organisations (Economy and Trade) in Geneva, Switzerland and as the President of the Group 77 and China accounted for 135 Member States, Cambodia delivered group's intervention at the opening plenary session of the 7th session of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on E-Commerce and the digital economy at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. Cambodia emphasized her potential and needs of the developing countries to realize benefits of the digital economy and E-commerce as well as the importance of international collaboration among Member States and international organizations in which UNCTAD has its crucial role.
