(ទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ សហព័ន្ធស្វីស)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិប្រចាំទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ សហព័ន្ធស្វីស លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីពី “ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមសម្រាប់ការត្រៀមលក្ខណៈឌីជីថលនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍” ដែលជាកិច្ចពិភាក្សាដ៏សំខាន់មួយថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៧ ស្តីពី “UNCTAD Intergovernmental Group of Experts (IGE) on E-Commerce and the Digital Economy”។ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះថា កម្ពុជាជាប្រទេសឈានមុខគេក្នុងការអនុវត្ត eTrade Readiness Assessment ដោយសម្រេចបាននូវអត្រាអនុវត្តខ្ពស់គួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ប្រមាណ៩២%។   

ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា បានអនុវត្ត eTrade Readiness Assessment ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីជំរុញគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនានារបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូហ្ស៊ីនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក។ កម្ពុជា ប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការពង្រួមគម្លាតឌីជីថល និងជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យនេះ និងបានយល់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃសហគ្រាសមីក្រូ ធុនតូច និងមធ្យម ព្រមទាំងបាននិងកំពុងខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងដើម្បីធានានូវកំណើនសហគ្រាសមីក្រូ ធុនតូច និងមធ្យម ឱ្យកាន់តែច្រើនឡើង និងអាចទទួលបាននូវសេវាសាធារណៈ និងធានាបាននូវហិរញ្ញប្បទានដែលពួកគេត្រូវការដើម្បីបន្តភាពរីកចម្រើនបន្ថែមទៀត។

(Geneva, Switzerland): In the afternoon of Monday, 6 May 2024, at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, was invited to participate as one of the panelists in the Ministerial panel discussion under the topic “Addressing digital readiness challenges in developing countries,” which is one of the main sessions of the 7th session of the “Intergovernmental Group of Experts on E-Commerce and the Digital Economy.” During the panel discussion, Her Excellency Minister emphasized that Cambodia has distinguished itself as a leading nation in implementing the eTrade readiness assessment recommendations, achieving a remarkable 92% implementation rate.

The Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia has effectively utilized the eTrade Ready assessments to catalyze various governmental initiatives aimed at enhancing the e-commerce ecosystem. Cambodia is committed to bridging the digital divide and fostering collaboration. Cambodia recognizes the importance of MSMEs and will ensure that more MSMEs will move into the formal sector and are able to access public services, and secure the financing they need to upscale and grow.
