(ណាននីង ចិន)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី២៤-២៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីក្រុងណាននីង នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ឯកឧត្តម ទិត រិទ្ធីពល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការចម្រុះសម្រាប់ភាគីកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៧ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការចម្រុះចរចាដំឡើងកម្រិតកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីអាស៊ាន-ចិន ដើម្បីពិនិត្យតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការចរចា ក៏ដូចជាពិភាក្សាដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានានា និងកិច្ចការបន្ទាប់របស់ក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងគោលបំណងឈានទៅរកការបញ្ចប់ជាដុំកំភួននៃការចរចាដំឡើងកម្រិតកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីអាស៊ាន-ចិន នៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០២៤។
នៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ កិច្ចប្រជុំរបស់ក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធមួយចំនួនក៏ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងផងដែរ រួមមាន៖ ក្រុមការងារពាណិជ្ជកម្មទំនិញ វិនិយោគ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល សេដ្ឋកិច្ចបៃតង វិធានអនាម័យនិងភូតគាមអនាម័យ ស្តង់ដារនិងការវាយតម្លៃអនុលោមភាព ប្រកួតប្រជែងនិងកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ច្បាប់និងស្ថាប័ន ព្រមទាំង ការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់។
ជាលទ្ធផល កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៧នេះត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យដោយបញ្ចប់ការចរចាលើជំពូកស្ដីពីការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ ជំពូកស្ដីពីប្រកួតប្រជែងនិងកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និងជំពូកស្ដីពីស្តង់ដារនិងការវាយតម្លៃអនុលោមភាព។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានឯកភាពរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៨ នៅខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម ៕

(Nanning, China PRC): On 24 to 28 June 2024, in Nanning, China PRC, His Excellency TITH Rithipol, Under Secretary of State of Commerce, and the ACFTA JC Lead for Cambodia, led Cambodia’s delegation to attend the 7th Round of the ACFTA 3.0 Upgrade Negotiations in order to follow up the progress and to discuss the pending issues under the ACFTA 3.0 Upgrade Negotiations to ensure achieving a substantial conclusion by the end of 2024.
On that sideline, some related working groups’ meetings were also organized, such as the Working Groups on Trade in Goods, Investment, Digital Economy, Green Economy, Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures, Competition and Consumer Protection, Legal and Institutional Issues, and Supply Chain Connectivity.
The 7th Round was successfully concluded with the successful conclusions of the Chapter on Supply Chain Connectivity, Chapter on STRACAP, and Chapter on Competition and Consumer Protection. The Meeting agreed to organize its 8th Round in August 2024 in Viet Nam.
