(សៀមរាប)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសណ្ឋាគារបុរីអង្គរ រីសត និងស្ប៉ា ខេត្តសៀមរាប លោកជំទាវ សុមេធ សុមនា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុងកម្មវិធីផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ”ភាពជាដៃគូធុរកិច្ចរវាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប-កម្ពុជា៖ ការនាំចេញ និងនវានុវត្តន៍កសិកម្ម” (Provincial Outreach of the EU-Cambodia Business Partnership: Agri-Innovation Lab and Export Lab) ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្ដម ង៉ូវ សេងកាក់ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប, ឧកញ៉ាបណ្ឌិត ហ៊ុយ ភៀវ ប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មខេត្តសៀមរាប-ឧត្តរមានជ័យ និងជាអនុប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា, លោក Till Ahnert នាយកគម្រោង EU-German GATE អង្គភាព GIZ, លោក-លោកស្រី តំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងតំណាងគម្រោង EU-German GATE តំណាងគម្រោង EU-German CAPSAFE តំណាងរបស់សមាគម សហព័ន្ធ សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រុមហ៊ុន អាជីរករ និងសហគ្រាសជាច្រើនរូបផងដែរ។

កម្មវិធីផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះ ផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មាន និងសេចក្តីណែនាំអំពីដំណើរការដាក់ពាក្យចូលរួម ការផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងជាក់ស្តែងដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនក្នុងការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ការនាំចេញ អនុលោមភាពនៃស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិ និងបែបបទក្នុងការចូលទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ ក៏ដូចជាផ្ដល់ឱកាសសម្រាប់ការផ្សាភ្ជាប់អាជីវកម្ម និងកសាងដៃគូរវាងសហគ្រាស និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត ជាពិសេសសហគ្រាសដែលដឹកនាំដោយស្ត្រី។

ថ្លែងទៅកាន់អង្គពិធី លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យក្រុមហ៊ុន សហគ្រាស និងអាជីវកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ចាប់យកឱកាសនេះ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍផលិតផលរបស់ខ្លួន ពង្រឹងនវានុវត្តន៍ និងពង្រីកសមត្ថភាពនាំចេញ ដោយផ្តោតលើការស្វែងយល់ទីផ្សារគោលដៅ ជាមួយការយល់ដឹងពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរី និងប្រព័ន្ធអនុគ្រោះពន្ធនានា ដើម្បីបង្កើនឱកាសចូលទៅក្នុងទីផ្សារតំបន់ និងទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។

(Siem Reap): On the morning of Thursday, 26 June 2025, Her Excellency SOMETH Somnea, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the Provincial Outreach of the EU-Cambodia Business Partnership: Export Lab and Agri-Innovation Lab, held at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa, Siem Reap Province, and brought together key stakeholders, including His Excellency NGOV Seng Kak, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Provincial Administration; Oknha Dr. HUY Pheav, President of the Siem Reap-Oddar Meanchey Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce; Mr. Till Ahnert, Project Director of the EU-German GATE Program at GIZ; along with representatives from relevant ministries and institutions, the EU-German GATE and CAPSAFE projects, associations, federations, chambers of commerce, business leaders, and entrepreneurs.

This outreach event aimed to raise awareness and provide practical guidance on the Export Lab and Agri-Innovation Lab application process. This event also served as a platform to equip businesses and enterprises, particularly women-led enterprises, with the tools needed for export-readiness preparation, compliance with international standards, access to global markets, business networking, and partnership-building opportunities.

In her remarks, Her Excellency Undersecretary of State, encouraged Cambodian companies and entrepreneurs to take full advantage of this opportunity to improve product development, foster innovation, and enhance their export capabilities. Her Excellency also underscored the importance of understanding target markets and leveraging free trade agreements and preferential tariff schemes to expand Cambodia’s access to regional and international markets.
